# Agent: ask, approve and decline changes

> Ask the Agent about your numbers, read an approval card, approve or reject a change, mention records and keep threads, step by step.

Updated 2 October 2026.

## What the Agent is

The Agent answers questions about your numbers and drafts changes. Nothing runs until you press Approve. Each answer links to the records it read.

## Ask a question

1. Open Agent in a client workspace.
2. Type in the box at the bottom, for example a question about leads, calls, pipeline or the team.
3. Open a citation under the answer to go to the lead, call or recording it came from.

## Mention a record

Type @ in the box to name a record, or / to pick an action. In the Agency Agent, @ can also name a client.

## Read an approval card

When the Agent wants to change something, it shows you a card first and does nothing yet.
Read what it proposes before you act on it. Then choose one of two buttons.

- Approve applies the change. The card then reads "Approved and applied".
- Reject opens a box for a reason, which is optional. The agent uses it.

If several changes are waiting, Approve all applies them together.
A change nobody decides on expires after 24 hours. The card then reads "Expired before anyone decided".
Until you decide, the box asks you to approve or reject the proposed changes above to carry on.

## Keep your threads

1. Each conversation is a thread. Choose New chat to start a fresh one.
2. Choose Share with workspace to let others read it. They see it under "Shared with the workspace".
3. Choose Stop sharing to take it back.

## Briefs and reports

These run on their own schedule, so you do not have to ask each time.

The morning brief goes to Telegram once you switch it on.
Scheduled reports written by the Agent go by email.

## Use Claude instead

You can connect Claude over MCP with 86 tools and choose what it can read and write. A change made through MCP is recorded in your audit log.

## Where it stops

Changes from Claude over MCP run as soon as they arrive, unless you set that tool to Ask me first. Approval cards are how the Agent in the app works.
Pause and budget changes on Meta or Whop campaigns are held for your approval in the app.
