# Book: booking pages, shared hosts and reminders

> Set up a booking page, share calls across a team, remind leads before the call and find out why a time is missing.

Updated 1 October 2026.

## What Book covers

Book is how a lead gets onto your calendar and then actually turns up: booking pages, shared hosts, reminders and a way to see why a time is missing.
A booking page can share calls across your team, or put several hosts on one call.
Reminders go out before each call, and a call the lead has not confirmed is flagged.

## Create a booking page

1. Open Events in a client workspace and choose New booking page.
2. Give the page a name, pick a call type and a duration, then choose Create & Configure.
3. Reusable hours live under Schedules on the Events page, and you can attach one to a booking page.
4. Use Copy link on the page's card to take its booking link.
5. Open the link yourself and look at the times it offers before you share it with anyone.

## Share calls across a team

In the page editor, the assignment mode is Single, Round-robin (team) or Collective (all required).
Round-robin rotates bookings to the least busy person in the pool.
With Collective, a slot shows only when every required host is free, and all of them are added to the booking.

## Put the page on your own site

On the Events list, the Embed code button on a page opens a script tag, a direct iframe and a direct link.

## Reminders and reconfirmation

Each booked call gets two reminders: one 24 hours before and one 2 hours before.
The first goes by email and text, and carries the reconfirm link.
The second goes by text, with email as the fallback.
A call still ahead that the lead has not confirmed shows as Upcoming, unconfirmed in the calendar.

## See why a time is missing

Open a booking page and choose Troubleshoot.
The Availability troubleshooter lets you pick a visitor timezone and the people to simulate, then lists the bookable slots, the busy blocks and the existing bookings behind the result.
It also shows each person it considered, and the days it offered.
It is read only: nothing in it changes a booking, a calendar or the page.

## Where it stops

A text reminder goes only to a lead who agreed to texts.
Everyone else gets the email.

If a time you expected is not offered, use the troubleshooter below before you change the hours.
