# Your first hour as an agency

> Add a client, enter its workspace with Login As, set your agency brand and push one booking page template to every client.

Updated 1 October 2026.

## Choose the Agency plan

When you name your organisation at sign-up, choose the Agency plan.
The steps every workspace shares are in [your first hour in SIGNL](/docs/start).

## Add a client

On the Clients page, choose Add Client and enter the client's name, type and contact details.
Adding a client needs the clients.create permission across the whole organisation, so a member pinned to one client cannot add another.
Once the client exists, SIGNL opens the dialog that assigns it a package.

## Enter its workspace with Login As

Choose Login As on a client's row to open that client's workspace.
By default owners and admins hold the Login As permission, and members and viewers do not.
Every entry is written to the organisation's audit log first, and if SIGNL cannot record it, you do not enter.
A member pinned to one client cannot use Login As to enter another.

## Set your agency brand

In Settings, the Branding tab holds your logo, favicon, brand name and primary colour, and a switch that hides the Powered by SIGNL footer.
A client with no brand settings of its own inherits these, field by field, on its public booking and form pages.
Saving the brand needs the org.manage permission.

## Push a booking page template

Under Event templates, an owner or admin builds a booking page once: duration, questions, booking window and branding.
Pushing it to clients creates a draft booking page in each, with no host and an empty schedule for the client to fill in.
A client that already has a page from the template is skipped, so pushing twice never duplicates a page.
Fields you lock stay in step, because saving the template updates them on every linked page.
Deleting a template leaves its pages in place and fully editable.

## See onboarding across clients

The agency dashboard shows how many clients have completed every onboarding check, and how many clients each check is outstanding for.
