Earlier changes

October 2026

  1. A lead's Forms tab shows the questions as they answered them, and every older response

On a lead's page, the Forms tab now words each question the way the form was worded when that lead answered, so a question you have since reworded or deleted no longer shows the wrong label or a raw field name. When a lead has more than 50 responses, a Show older responses link under the list loads 50 more each time.

  2. The leaderboard's period and metric buttons fit a phone screen

On a 375 px phone the leaderboard's period switch and metric buttons ran past the right edge and made the page scroll sideways. They now fit, and the metric buttons wrap onto a second line when they need to.

  3. Filter the Leads list by your own fields, and show them as columns

A custom field you added to leads is now an Add filter choice (a select field's options, Yes or No for a checkbox, has a value, is empty) and can be shown as a column from the new Columns menu, up to six at a time. The filter runs on the whole list, not just the page you are on, and the CSV export follows it.

  4. Filter Leads by a number or a date in your custom fields

In Add filter on the Leads list, number and money fields now offer more than, less than, between and equal to, and date fields offer before, after, between and on. They save in your views and apply to the CSV export too.

  5. Sort Leads by a custom field

Click the header of any custom-field column on the Leads list to sort by it, highest first, then again to reverse. Numbers sort as numbers, dates in date order, and leads with no value stay at the bottom. Saved views remember the sort.

  6. Set why a deal was lost from the API, MCP and the Agent

update_deal now takes a loss reason (price, timing, no budget, competitor, not a fit, stopped responding or other) alongside marking a deal lost, and get_deal returns it. The Agent shows it on the approval card.

  7. A reopened deal no longer keeps its old loss reason

Whatever reopens or wins a deal, whether you, the Agent, an automation or an integration, the reason it was lost is now cleared, so a deal lost again never shows the last reason.

  8. Make a backup email or phone the main one, or remove it

A lead's Identifiers tab now lists its backup emails and phones with where each came from. Make main swaps a backup with the main email or phone, so the old main is kept as a backup and nothing is lost. Remove drops a backup you do not want. An email another lead already uses as its main is refused, so two leads never share a main email.

  9. Model limits now hold for the default model too

If you limit the Agent to certain labs or models, those limits now apply to the model it starts on as well. Before, a chat that named no model could still run SIGNL's standard default even when your limits excluded it. Now the Agent starts on the first model you allow, and if your limits leave no model at all it says so and points you to Settings instead of running anything. This covers chats, approvals that resume a chat, saved-as-skill drafts, scheduled reports and API runs.

  10. A password set on a Google or Whop account now shows as on

In Settings, Your account, a password you set on an account that signs in with Google or Whop now reads as on, counts as another way in so you can remove the other method, and is announced by email only the first time.

  11. Rename a dropdown option and every lead follows

In Settings, Custom fields, edit a dropdown field and rename one of its options. The new name replaces the old one in the list and on every lead or deal that had it, in one step. A name another option already has is refused.

  12. Rescheduling no longer offers times that are already taken

The reschedule page showed every time in the page's hours as free, even ones another booking or the host's calendar already held, and only refused them when you submitted. It now leaves those times out, the same as the booking page does.

  13. Saved Leads views now remember your custom-field filters and columns

When you save a view on the Leads list, it keeps any custom-field filters and the columns you chose, and brings them back when you open it. A field you have since deleted drops out quietly. Views saved before this, and the built-in ones, leave your chosen columns as they are.

  14. Reusable schedules can follow your account timezone

A schedule on Events, Schedules now has the same Account timezone choice an event has, and new schedules start on it. When you change the workspace timezone, every schedule that follows it moves too, and so does every booking page that uses one, and the save tells you which schedules moved. A schedule you gave its own timezone keeps it.

  15. See what each setter's links earn

In Tracking, Source, Setters, every setter on your Team is now an item, with the same table as your other sources: links, clicks, opt-ins, bookings and revenue for each. Open one to see their links, or add another link for a second script or offer. "Links for every setter" makes one link per setter for Instagram or TikTok in one step, and running it again gives you the same links back. Links use your own URL with a tracking code, and a link to a SIGNL booking page also credits the booking to that setter on the Leaderboard. Setter DM links you made before are attached to their setter automatically. Setters follow your Team list: rename or deactivate someone there and their item follows.

  16. Every skill run now records which version of the skill it used

When you run a saved skill from the / menu in the middle of a chat, SIGNL now notes the skill and its version on that message. Before, only a chat that started from a skill remembered the version, so a long conversation that used several skills, or a skill you later edited, could not be tied back to the wording that produced an answer. Nothing changes on screen yet; this is the record that skill run history will read.

  17. A STOP text now also withdraws consent for leads that hold the number only as a backup

When someone texts STOP (or START) from a number that two leads share, SIGNL already updated every lead that has it as their phone. It now also covers a lead whose only record of that number is a backup phone, so no lead is left marked as consented after the person has opted out.

  18. See which events moved when you change your timezone

Saving your account timezone now tells you how many events followed it and names them, and the change is recorded in the audit log. A new date override starts on today's date in the calendar's own timezone instead of the UTC date.

  19. A shared device no longer folds one lead into another

When two people use the same browser, the second person's email on a booking page or form no longer merges the first person's lead into theirs. Each stays their own lead with their own history.

  20. Choose how long a payment waits before it is flagged as unmatched

Payment plans has a new Unmatched payments setting. A payment that has not been tied to a sale shows in the dashboard command queue once it has waited that many days, from 1 to 90. It stays at 7 days until you change it, and nothing is sent to anyone.

  21. A "Why deals are lost" chart for your dashboards

Add Why deals are lost to any dashboard as a bar or donut: the lost deals in the date range by the reason you recorded on each, with deals that have no reason counted as Not recorded. The Agent can read the same figures.

  22. Saving a YouTube description now waits for YouTube to catch up

YouTube can take a few seconds to show a new description after saving it, so a save that had worked could be reported as not sticking, and saving again was refused as changed on YouTube. SIGNL now checks a few times before saying a save did not stick, and saving a description YouTube already shows counts as saved. Give each video its own link now gives every matching link in a video its own tracked link in one run, so a video with both your free training and your 1-on-1 link gets both, and each old link is replaced fully by the clean tracked link with no UTMs left in it. Swap a link now finds a link whatever UTMs it carries in each video, and replaces the whole thing. In the video panel, the destination always has a full-width box to type a URL, with your previous links and pages to pick from underneath.

  23. Activity pages recover from unsupported date ranges

Admin Activity pages now use the normal 30-day window when a URL contains an unsupported range, including inherited object names. The 30-day, 90-day and 12-month choices are unchanged.

  24. Ask the Agency Agent which skills you have pushed to clients

The Agency Agent and the organisation-wide connector can now list the agent skills an agency has pushed, with each client's copy shown as locked or unlocked and whether it has the latest version. Owners and admins only.

  25. Agency Skills page lists the ready-made actions

The agency Skills page now shows the built-in actions as locked cards. Copy one as a skill, adjust it, then push it to your clients.

  26. Connected-app steps open with their fields, logo and action name

A connected-app step in an automation now shows the app's logo and name as soon as the automation opens, on the canvas and in the step panel. The chosen action reads as its name and description with a Change button instead of a slug and a long list, and its arguments appear as labelled fields for every action, not only the first forty in the list. Saved steps have their fields fetched as the automation opens, so opening one shows its fields straight away; if they are still on their way you see a placeholder rather than a JSON box.

  27. Safer captured-answer choices in automations

The data picker no longer offers misleading individual tokens for captured keys containing dots or token syntax. It keeps their complete containing object available and explains the limitation, so a literal dotted answer cannot be confused with a different nested answer. Existing saved tokens are unchanged.

  28. Internal notes on a booking page

Write notes for your team on a booking page, such as who to loop in or what to check first. They show on the page's editor and at the top of every call booked through it. Visitors never see them: not on the booking page, in emails or in the calendar invite.

  29. Retry calendar and import tools without losing your work

Copy-hours controls show a loading state and a local retry when their editor cannot load. Import mapping has a retry that keeps your selected file and mapping. CSV parsing starts after file selection, reports read errors in the upload area, and prevents a delayed previous selection from replacing the latest file.

  30. Name the calendar event for a booked call

Each booking page can set the title your own calendar shows for a booked call, such as the page, the lead's name, their email and the length, with a preview as you type. Left blank, the title stays as it was. The attendee's invite keeps the page name.

  31. Claimed-source revenue counts every payment in a long range

On a busy workspace, the claimed-source attribution view totalled only the first thousand payments in the chosen range and showed that as the revenue. It now reads every payment before splitting claimed from unclaimed.

  32. A record added in a filtered Data view keeps the view's values

In a Data table, Add record inside a view that filters a select field to one option, a multi-select to chosen tags, or a checkbox to ticked now starts with those values, so the new row stays in the view instead of disappearing. A note under the toolbar says which fields were filled. Filters on numbers, dates and links, and fields two filters disagree about, are left empty.

  33. Strengthened framework and dependency safety checks

Framework and supporting packages move to reviewed security releases. Installed-consumer tests cover image conversion, CSS compilation, address classification and routing. A local nesting-depth guard protects the glob parsers used by lint and styling tools; its upstream advisory remains tracked rather than treated as cleared. Lead profiles load the Notes editor only when its tab opens, with loading and retry states.

  34. Events follow your account timezone automatically

A new event uses your account timezone and keeps following it: change the timezone in Settings and every event that follows it moves too. Pick a specific timezone on an event and it stays on that one until you choose Account timezone again. If your account has no timezone yet, the event editor offers to set it from your device in one click.

  35. Tag a teammate in a lead's notes and resolve the thread

A lead's Team notes are now a conversation. Reply to a note, type @ to mention a teammate, who is told in the app and by email, and resolve a thread once it is dealt with. Handy for handing a lead from setter to closer. Comments also show in the lead's timeline.

  36. Edit or remove a comment on a lead, and reach it from a deal

You can now edit your own comment on a lead, marked as edited, and remove one nobody has replied to. Owners and admins can remove any comment. A deal's card menu and side panel link straight to its lead's notes, where you can mention a teammate.

  37. Lead profiles load their history alongside other details

Opening a lead starts calls, tasks, money and other profile reads without waiting for its journey history first. The drawer and full page still show the same complete profile, and failed history reads remain visible errors rather than empty journeys. Authorised drawer responses include private numeric server timings to help diagnose remaining delays.

  38. Automation failures withhold provider and parser details

Failed Slack, Telegram, single-recipient email and Connected App transport requests use fixed errors without copying provider exceptions or causes. Connected App lookup and malformed JSON errors also withhold upstream and parser text. Agent reference search and resolution logs likewise withhold raw database and getter exceptions while retaining successful references; thread rename and archive logs withhold returned database messages. The outer Agent stream diagnostic withholds raw exceptions and causes without dropping earlier events or changing its safe failure response. Approved-action result-save logs also withhold exception details while retaining the check-before-retry warning and refusal to rerun the action. Optional email-history records withhold provider failure text, and their outer record-save logs withhold exceptions without changing delivery results. Scheduled-report error records and audit reasons use fixed diagnostics; the report panel hides unfamiliar older errors without rewriting rows. Scheduled-report claim and outcome-save logs also withhold returned database errors, retaining the report id and existing send behaviour. Ownership checks still block unverified accounts. Successful payloads, HTTP diagnostics, timeouts and retry policies stay unchanged. Uncertain delivery is stated without claiming the app never acted; email booking links remain valid and segment broadcasts retain safe counts.

  39. Typeform, Cal.com and Fathom cards say what they bring in

These three apps have a SIGNL card and a Composio card on Integrations. The SIGNL card now carries a label for what flows in (responses, bookings, transcripts), beside the Composio card's "Automation actions via Composio", so the two read as a pair.

  40. Pulse shows retention by cohort

The Admin Portal Pulse page has a retention grid: for each month organisations first paid, how much of that first MRR is still paid at the end of each later month, per currency. Organisations already paying when counting began form one opening cohort. It fills in as months of daily snapshots build up.

  41. The setup chat shows Whop as connected when you signed in with Whop

If you connected Whop with Sign in with Whop, the setup chat's Whop card now says Connected, the same as the Integrations page, instead of Not connected. The public integrations docs also now point to Integrations, Payments for processor webhooks.

  42. Add or remove ways to sign in to your account

Settings, Account now lists how you can sign in (password, Google, Whop). Set a password on an account you made with Google or Whop, connect Google or Whop to a password account, or remove a method you no longer use. The last way in can never be removed, each change is recorded in the audit log and emailed to your account address, and a two-factor code is asked for first if you use one.

  43. Ad platforms get the real time of a sale

When a payment is sent to Meta, Google Ads or TikTok, it now carries the time the sale happened, including a send that is retried later. Before, a retry was stamped with the time of the retry. Meta refuses events older than seven days, so a retry that late is skipped and the send log says why.

  44. Add record shows that it is working

In a data table, the Add record button now reads Adding with a spinner while it saves, so a slow save no longer looks like nothing happened.
