Connected-app dropdowns arrive filled
When you open an automation, the dropdowns on its saved connected-app steps, like Kit tags or Slack channels, are read from your account while the page loads. Opening a step shows them filled instead of loading. Each list is kept for a few minutes, so reopening a step costs nothing, and Refresh still asks your account for anything new.
Your booking calendar fills the page until a day is picked
A lead no longer sees an empty column of times beside the calendar. The calendar uses the full width, and once they pick a day the list of times slides in beside it (or under it on a phone).
Put a hint and a help line on every booking field
In a booking page's Questions tab, every field now has a label, a placeholder and a help line you can edit. Name, email, notes and the meeting reason come with sensible hints already, the phone field keeps its example number until you set your own, and choice questions say Choose one. The list shows each field's hint, and the live preview updates as you type.
Ask for a first and last name on a booking page
A booking page's name question now has a switch, Split into first and last name. On, the page shows two boxes side by side (stacked on a narrow screen), both required, and the lead's first and last name are saved separately for your automations. Off, it asks for one full name as before, and each version keeps its own wording. Links and embeds that carry a first and last name fill both boxes.
Ask more kinds of question on a booking page
Booking questions can now be a number, a web address, a date, a single choice shown as buttons, or a multiple choice. Answers are checked before the lead can book, and a link can pre-fill a number, web address, date or multiple choice.
Label your calls and set a follow-up date
In the Calls drawer you can now put coloured labels on a call, make new ones, and set one follow-up date with a note. Labels show on the calls list and you can filter the list by label. Follow-ups that have come due appear in a Follow-ups due list on Calls. A follow-up is a reminder for your team: nothing is sent when it falls due.
The time a lead picks stands out on your booking page
Every time on a booking page is now a pill, and the one a lead chooses turns solid ink beside the Confirm button, so there is no doubt which time they are about to book. The same look applies to the time picker shown after a form.
Filter the CRM board by your custom fields
The CRM board now has the same Add filter control as Leads. Filter deals by any deal or lead custom field, including numbers and dates, and choose whether a deal must match all of your filters or any of them. Saved board views remember them.
Event analytics count weekend bookings, and revoking a link asks first
An event's Analytics tab now shows bookings for all seven days of the week, where Saturday and Sunday used to be left out, and drops a note that no longer applied. Setter links copy in one click, link statuses read as clear labels, and Revoke asks you to confirm before it cancels a single-use link.
A booking page can offer only its next available time
A new switch in a booking page's Booking Policies, Offer only the next available time, replaces the calendar with one card, Next available, and a Book button, so the earliest gap fills first. The same rule holds when the booking is confirmed: no other time can be booked, and if an earlier time opens up, the page moves to it. The inline booking step in a form offers the one time too. Booking pages can also be set this way from MCP with first_slot_only.
See what a form does after someone submits it
A form's Workflow tab now has an After a submission card. It lists, from what is saved, where each ending sends the visitor, who gets the notification email, the data table the answers go to, the automations that run on the form (linked), the outgoing webhooks that get it, whether Meta and TikTok are told, and the tags it adds. A source with nothing says None.
Form logic can jump to any later question or any end screen
The Jump to menu on a form question now lists the questions below it and then your end screens, so the last question has somewhere to go. When someone's answer sends them to an end screen, the form stops asking questions and shows that screen. End screens carry one name everywhere they are listed, and each one has a Name field. Imported Typeform end screens come across cleaned up, with their message and button.
Picture choice and ranking questions on forms
Two new form question types. Picture choice shows each option as an image card with its label under it, and visitors pick one or, if you allow it, several; upload a picture per option in the question's settings. Ranking lets visitors put the options in order by dragging or with up and down buttons, and Results shows each option's average position. The assistant (MCP) can now create and read both, plus social handle and calculation questions, and Typeform imports keep picture choices (with their images) and rankings.
Form questions read as titles, in your headline font
On One page and Pages forms, and in the builder, each question now shows as a readable title in your form's headline font, written the way you typed it, instead of a small uppercase caption. New forms start with the Sans headline font; forms you already made keep the font you chose.
Add form questions from a CSV file
The Add questions window now has a CSV tab beside Paste. Upload a file with a header row (question, type, options, required, description, in any order), see a preview with any rows that cannot be used and why, then add them. Download a sample CSV to start from. Up to 100 questions at a time.
Imported forms keep one question per screen
A form imported from Typeform or GoHighLevel now arrives with each question on its own page, a contact block or question group kept together, so the builder shows the same screens your visitors see and the Pages layout works straight away. A form that was imported onto a single page has a One question per page button beside Add Page that splits it for you.
A lead's Data tab says when there are more rows, and which columns it does not show
On a lead's page, each table card in the Data tab now says when more than 25 rows are linked to that lead, so a long list is no longer mistaken for the whole of it. It also names the linked and computed columns it does not draw (relations, rollups, lookups, counts, formulas, attachments and created-by), with a pointer to open the table, so a row no longer looks emptier than it is.
A lead's Forms tab shows forms they started but did not finish
If a lead typed into one of your forms and left before submitting, their Forms tab now shows what they had entered so far, on a card marked Not submitted, newest first. SIGNL keeps these unfinished answers for 30 days, and the card disappears once they submit the form.
Say why a call was a no-show, and see who marked it
Marking a call as a no-show now opens a small panel where you can pick a reason (didn't join, cancelled late, wrong number, or your own words). The call drawer shows the reason, who marked it and when, and undoing the no-show still works.
Pick a time zone by flag, city, abbreviation or GMT offset
Every time zone control, on the booking page and across the workspace, is now one searchable list: a flag, the city, the abbreviation (BST, CET, EST) and the GMT offset. Type a city, a country, "cet" or "gmt+1" to find a zone, and your own zone is offered first.
Keep a saved view just for you
When you save a view on the Leads list or the CRM board, tick Only me and it stays private to you. Nobody else on the team sees it, edits it or deletes it. Views you save without the tick are shared with the team, as before.
Preview a booking page before it is live
A new event no longer shows a not found page in the editor's preview. The preview works from the first second, for drafts and deactivated pages too, and nobody outside your workspace can open a page that is not live.
Booking pages fill in a returning visitor's details
After someone books, their name, email and phone are kept on their own device, and the next booking page they open on the same site fills those fields in. Nothing is looked up on SIGNL's side, a link or embed that already says who is booking wins, and a Not you? Clear link wipes the fields and the saved details. The lead is not captured until the person edits a field or clicks Continue.
Let several people book the same time on one event
Set Seats per slot in an event's Call Settings. With more than one seat, the public booking page shows how many seats are left at each time, and a time drops off once it is full. A cancelled booking frees its seat. The Agent and MCP can set it too.
See how booked each rep is against their open hours
Events, Schedules now shows each rep's booked call time against the hours their schedule opens over the next 7 or 14 days, in words (12 of 30 hours booked) and on a gauge. Time off is taken out. Open hours come from schedules, not calendars, and a rep with no schedule says so instead of showing 0%.
See why a collective booking page is not offering the times you expect
The availability troubleshooter now follows a collective page the way visitors see it: every required host has to be free for a time to be offered. It names each host who alone removes times, flags a host who is inactive or has a disconnected calendar, and says plainly when no host is set. The routed pool simulator is hidden on collective pages, where it does not apply.
Leads join to ad campaigns by the ad platform's own campaign id
Visits from ads that carry the pasted URL parameters now keep the ad platform's campaign, ad set and ad ids. The Ads page counts a lead under a campaign by its id when SIGNL has that campaign and by the campaign name when it does not, and says which on each row and how many leads fell back to the name. Each campaign shows whether its ids are arriving, and a lead's Attribution tab shows the ad ids of its first and latest paid visit. Calls and cash still match on the campaign name.
Paste-ready URL parameters for your Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft and LinkedIn ads
Ads and Tracking Setup now show, for each ad platform, the exact URL parameters to paste, the field to paste them into, and the platform help page they were checked against. Every parameter that carries the campaign, ad set and ad ids comes from that platform's own documentation, and anything a platform does not document is left out and said so on the card.
Set whether an event follows your timezone from the Agent and the API
The Agent, MCP and the API can now put a draft booking page on your workspace timezone or give it its own, and reading a booking page says which zone it runs in and whether it follows the workspace. New booking pages made this way follow your workspace timezone by default.
See what each Agent helper looked at
When the Agent hands work to a helper, opening that line in the chat now lists the lookups the helper made, so you can check how its summary was reached, even after you reload the conversation.
Limit the Agent to verified models
Account owners can switch on "Offer verified models only" in Settings, Organisation. The model picker then lists only models that have passed SIGNL's check that they can run the Agent's tools, in every workspace.
Choose which models the Agent may use
Settings › Organisation now lists every model the Agent could use, grouped by lab, and the account owner can tick the ones to allow. A workspace's own Settings › Agent model lets an owner or admin narrow that list further for one client, never widen it. Ticking every model means no limit, so models added later are allowed too. The standard default model stays available as a fallback.
Connected-app custom fields as rows, with lead data
Arguments that take a set of named values, like Kit's custom fields where a subscriber's last name goes, now show as name and value rows with Add field, instead of a box asking for JSON. Each value takes / for lead data, and that lead data now reaches the app as part of the set rather than as one block of text.
App triggers show their event by name
An automation that starts from a connected app now lists only that app's events when you choose one, shows the chosen event by name with a short description and a Change button, and renames the step when you change it, unless you named it yourself. The raw event ID is still there under Type an event ID instead.
Ask why before a deal is marked lost
On the CRM board, Lost deals lets you require a reason for a pipeline. Marking a deal lost, from its panel, its card menu or by dropping it on the Lost lane, then asks you to pick why first. The Agent and update_deal ask for a loss reason the same way. Off by default.
Automation JSON rows work from the keyboard
In an automation step's name, kind and value rows (Airtable, Notion, Sheets, webhook and HTTP bodies), the value box now has a name a screen reader announces, and switching between Edit as rows and Edit as JSON keeps your place instead of dropping focus to the top of the page.
Clearer availability editor: copy times popover and timezone label
The copy times popover is now named for screen readers and its locked day is easier to read. The hours header no longer says a timezone was set for the calendar when none was.
Your own pixel can fire when someone books through an embedded booking page
The booking embed now fires a signl:booking-confirmed event on your page when a booking is confirmed, so your own pixel or analytics can count it. It carries the booked time, the page's slug and the length in minutes, and nothing about the person: no name, email or phone. It is documented on the Embeds page.
Campaign leads no longer drop older leads
On Ads, a campaign that now receives platform ids counts the leads matched by id and the older leads matched by campaign name together. Before, the id-matched count replaced the name-matched one, so older leads fell out of that campaign's Leads column. The line under the campaign says "Leads by campaign id and name" when both are in the number.
Fields your signer fills in
Contracts and templates can now ask the signer for answers: a text box, a date, a checkbox, their initials or a choice from a list. Place each one in the text where it belongs, mark the ones they must complete, and the signing page shows them inline with a Next required field button that counts down what is left. Every answer is checked before the signature is accepted, kept as part of the signed record, and printed in the signed PDF where it was asked, with a Completed by the signer list on the record of signature.
Send one contract to several people to sign
Add co-signers when you send a contract. Each person gets their own link and can sign in any order. The contract is signed once everyone has, and then every signer is emailed the signed PDF. If anyone declines, the contract is declined for everyone. The contract page lists who has signed, who has opened it and who is still waiting, and lets you send a new link to one person. Up to 10 signers.
See when SIGNL staff opened your workspace
Agency Settings, Audit log and Coach Settings now show SIGNL staff sessions started in the last 30 days: who opened a workspace, when, their access level, the recorded reason and duration. Only people with audit permission can see it, and workspace members see only their workspace. Extended sessions show the updated duration. Refresh the page for the latest state.
Large Data tables open and scroll smoothly
A Data table with tens of thousands of records now draws only the rows in view, so it opens at once, scrolls without freezing the page, and search, sort and filter stay responsive.
Hide empty columns on a Data table's board
A Data table in board view has a Hide empty columns tick above the columns. With it on, only the columns holding a card are drawn, and this browser remembers the choice for the table. It looks at the cards loaded so far, so a column whose cards are further down shows once you load more.
Description tools show what they are doing
After you confirm a run in the YouTube description tools, SIGNL now says straight away that it is making the links and starting, scrolls to the progress, and says when it is done and how many videos changed. The video list updates as soon as a run finishes, instead of still saying a link is not in the description until you open the video. Update cannot be pressed twice by accident, and a run cut short by closing the page shows as stopped part way with a Carry on button. Closing a video's popup no longer leaves the page shifted sideways. In Create link, you pick the destination first; the box to type a URL appears only when you choose to enter a custom one.
Edit a custom field after you create it
In Settings, Custom fields, the pencil on a field lets you change its label and, for a dropdown, add, remove and reorder its options. The key and type stay fixed. If you remove an option, leads that already have it keep the value, and it shows as no longer an option instead of going blank.
Email bounces, spam complaints, opens and clicks are now recorded
SIGNL's email provider reports what happens to each email, and until now every one of those reports was rejected as unsigned, so none of it reached SIGNL. They are accepted now: a permanent bounce or a spam complaint is recorded on the lead and tags them as bounced or complained, and email opens and clicks are recorded and count towards the lead's intent score.
Pages load faster
SIGNL's servers now run in the same region as its database, so every page, tab and popup spends far less time waiting on data, most of all the Tracking page, the Visitors tab and the link popup. On the Tracking page's YouTube list, clicking anywhere on a video's row now opens it, not just the title.
A form with responses now says why it cannot be deleted
Pressing delete on a form that has responses used to show a generic error. It now says the form has responses and to archive it instead.
