How it works
Build a form
- Open Forms in a client workspace and choose New form.
- Start from a template, choose Import existing to bring a form over, or choose Describe it to write what the form should ask and open the Agent with your words ready to send.
- Add your questions on the Build tab, and check them with Preview.
- On the Workflow tab, add jump logic to skip ahead based on an answer, and qualification rules to decide which end screen a respondent sees.
- Choose what each ending does: show an end screen, redirect to a URL, or offer a booking with Book a call.
- In Settings, set the status to published.
Where it stops
- The SIGNL app is in the Zapier directory. Webhooks and the REST API work today too.
