How it works
Ask a question
- Open Agent in a client workspace.
- Type in the box at the bottom, for example a question about leads, calls, pipeline or the team.
- Open a citation under the answer to go to the lead, call or recording it came from.
Where it stops
- Changes from Claude over MCP run as soon as they arrive, unless you set that tool to Ask me first.
Questions
Will the Agent change things on its own?
No. The Agent drafts the change and nothing runs until you press Approve. An unapproved change expires after 24 hours.
