Switching from Close

Bring your leads over as a CSV, then reconnect payments and ads. Close stays on until the numbers agree.

  1. Apply for a workspaceApply, and SIGNL sets up your workspace. You do not need to cancel anything first.
  2. Bring your leads acrossUpload a CSV of your contacts on the Leads page. SIGNL runs a dry run first, skips rows with no email or phone, and leaves contacts already there untouched.
  3. Connect payments and adsConnect your payment processors and ad accounts from Integrations, so sales and booked calls reach the ledger and go back to the ad platforms.
  4. Run both until the numbers matchKeep Close on while you compare. Move over when the two agree.

Questions

Can I run SIGNL alongside Close?

Yes. Nothing in SIGNL needs Close switched off, so you can run both and compare the numbers before you move.

Does SIGNL place calls from the CRM?

No. SIGNL books, tracks and records calls but does not place them, so keep a calling tool if placing calls from the CRM is the job. SIGNL covers the booking, the pipeline, the payments and the report around the call.

Does SIGNL send sales back to the ad platforms?

Yes. Booked calls go to Meta and TikTok; payments from Stripe, Whop, PayPal, ThriveCart, Ablefy, Commas and GoCardless go to Meta, Google and TikTok.

Which attribution models does SIGNL have?

Five, one click apart: first touch, last touch, linear, U-shaped and time decay.

What does SIGNL cover that Close does not list?

Close describes a calling, email and SMS CRM for sales teams. Its own pages do not list booking and reminders. SIGNL has each of them in one workspace.

How do the prices compare?

Both are under Prices, with the day each was read. Close's may have changed since.

Where do the facts about Close on this page come from?

Only from Close's own public pages, each shown under Sources with the day it was read. A job its pages do not answer is left out of the table.
