Works with GoHighLevel

Early useNativeCaptureImportBoth ways

What it does

Receive GoHighLevel events as webhooks, and send SIGNL events to a GoHighLevel workflow through its Inbound Webhook trigger. Connect a sub-account with GoHighLevel sign-in and SIGNL also reads its contacts and upcoming appointments through the API. SIGNL never writes to your GHL account through its API.

Early use: The webhook receiver is built. Reading contacts through GoHighLevel sign-in has not yet run against a live account. The GoHighLevel Forms webhook has not yet been checked against a live account. The GoHighLevel Calendars webhook has not yet been checked against a live account.

What syncs

What it covers

4
  • Inbound webhook receiver
  • Send events to a workflow (outgoing webhook preset)
  • Connect with GoHighLevel sign-in (read-only)
  • Import recent contacts and upcoming appointments

What it does not do

  • Connected, SIGNL reads your GoHighLevel contacts and upcoming appointments. It never writes to your GoHighLevel account through its API; to act inside GoHighLevel, send an event to a workflow.
  • Forms come across from the app. Calendars do not: rebuild each one as a booking page.

Set it up

  3. In GoHighLevel, add a workflow with a Webhook action that posts to SIGNL with signl_client_id and signl_token.
  4. Book a test appointment and check it appears as a call.

Track a form

  1. In GoHighLevel go to Settings, then Custom Fields, and create a text field named signl_fp.
  2. Open the form in the form builder and add that custom field.
  3. Set the field to Hidden so respondents never see it.
  4. Save and republish the form.

Track a booking

  2. Open the calendar, then Forms and Payments, and add that custom field to the booking form.
