What it does

Booked calls, cancelled calls, rescheduled calls and call outcomes from iClosed reach SIGNL by webhook. SIGNL's tracking script adds a visitor id to iClosed links on your pages, and reads it back from each delivery.

Early use: The iClosed webhook has not yet been checked against a live account.

Set it up

Track a booking

  1. In iClosed open Settings, then Developers, then API Keys, and create a key.
  2. Copy the webhook URL from the guide below. It already contains your client id and token.
  3. Register it with one request: POST https://public.api.iclosed.io/v1/webhooks with an Authorization: Bearer <your key> header and a body naming that URL and the events newCallScheduled, callCancelled, callRescheduled and callOutcome.
