Earlier changes

October 2026

  1. See each rep's pickup rate from Close calls

With Close connected, dashboards can now chart dials, connects and pickup rate per rep per day. A call over 40 seconds counts as a connect, so you can see who is getting through and who is only dialling.

  2. Overdue and uncollected money now shows in your command queue

The dashboard's command queue lists what is overdue on payment plans (critical once anything is more than 30 days late) and what you have sold but not collected, each priced in cash and linked to Payment plans.

  3. See how late your unpaid instalments are, and how much you collect

Payment plans now shows overdue money in four age bands (1 to 7, 8 to 14, 15 to 30 and over 30 days), and the share collected for each month's plans: paid over due so far, with waived instalments left out.

  4. One logo per app on Integrations, even when it connects two ways

Where SIGNL connects an app directly and through Composio (Typeform, Cal.com, Fathom, Slack and others), both cards now show the same logo, and the Composio one says it is for automation actions.

  5. Read each content item's results over the API and MCP

A new get_content_performance tool returns one row per content item in your Source tab: its links, their clicks, and the opt-ins, calls booked and revenue of people whose first link was one of them. Filter by source, sort by revenue, bookings, opt-ins, clicks, newest or name, and page through the list.

  6. The content performance API can count one window, and shows wins and cash

get_content_performance now takes a days window and returns, for each content item, the calls that showed, the calls won and the cash collected by currency, alongside the numbers it already gave. Clicks and revenue in a window start from the day the dated click ledger began, and the answer says so.

  7. Start a new contract from one you already sent

New contract now lists your 20 most recent contracts. Pick one to copy its text, fill-in fields and line items into a fresh draft, then add the recipient. The copy never carries over the old lead or deal. Contract sent and signed rows also appear in the lead drawer, for people who can read contracts.

  8. See contracts sent and signed on a lead's journey

A lead's journey now shows when a contract was sent to them and when each person signed it, in order with their page views, calls and payments. Only people who can read contracts see these rows.

  9. Add deal asks for a first and last name

Creating a deal for a new lead in the CRM now has separate First name and Last name boxes. Both are stored as you type them, so automations and messages can use the first name on its own. Typing a full name in the lead search still pre-fills the two boxes, and you can correct them before you save.

  10. Tell collapsed CRM pipelines apart

With the pipeline list collapsed, two pipelines that start with the same letter now show two letters, or a number when those match too, instead of the same tile twice.

  11. Import a CSV into a Data table, and undo it

Every Data table now has an Import CSV button. Choose a file and SIGNL matches its columns to your fields, even when the names differ, and can turn an unmatched column into a new field. Match on an email, phone or the record id from an export to update rows instead of duplicating them, preview what will happen, and undo the import if it is wrong.

  12. Export a Data table to CSV

Every Data table now has an Export CSV button. The file holds the rows your view shows, with its filters, sort, search and hidden columns applied, a record id first, and spreadsheet formulas made safe. It opens cleanly in Excel and Sheets.

  13. Start an automation when a deal field or a lead field changes to a value

A new Deal Field Changed trigger runs when a person edits a custom field on a deal. Both it and Lead Field Changed can now also wait for a specific new value, such as a status changing to Qualified. A deal with no lead starts nothing, and changes made by an automation, an import, the Agent or an API key do not start either trigger.

  14. Deal Field Changed also fires on a deal's value and expected close date

The Deal Field Changed trigger now also runs when a person changes a deal's value or its expected close date in SIGNL. The fields are called value_pence (the value in pence) and expected_close_date (YYYY-MM-DD), and both can be combined with Changed to.

  15. Record why a deal was lost

Open a lost deal and pick why you lost it: price, timing, no budget, a competitor, not a fit, stopped responding or other. The reason clears if the deal is reopened or won.

  16. Delete empty drafts in one go

The Delete empty drafts button on the Automations list now removes them all in a single step, instead of one at a time with the page re-drawing after each. It says how many it deleted, and leaves alone any draft that has since had steps added or been switched on.

  17. Embedded forms and booking pages keep one size

An embedded form or booking page no longer changes height from one question or screen to the next. The frame stays at the height you set (700px by default) and the card fills it, with the question centred inside. A screen taller than the frame scrolls inside it. If you want the old behaviour, add data-auto-height="true" to the embed script.

  18. Send lead and deal field changes to your webhooks

Outgoing webhooks can now receive lead.updated and deal.updated whenever a person changes a field on a lead or a deal in SIGNL. Each event names the field and carries the old and new value. Changes made by an automation, an import, the Agent or an API key are not sent.

  19. The form builder fits a phone screen

On a phone the form builder squeezed the live preview into a sliver beside the field list and the page scrolled sideways. The field list, preview and field settings now stack, so each is full width.

  20. The form builder's Save and Settings buttons stay on screen on a phone

On a phone the form builder's header scrolled sideways and left Settings and Save off the screen. The tabs and buttons now wrap onto a second row, so Save is always in view.

  21. Publish a new form from the builder's top bar

A new form is a draft, and the builder only offered Save, so a form saved but never went live; Published was a status button inside Settings. A draft form now has a Publish button beside Save that saves your edits and makes the form live.

  22. A public form shows its title once

A form in a workspace with no brand name printed its title twice at the top, beside the logo and again as the heading. It now shows the logo mark and the heading only.

  23. Words typed into a form while the page is still loading are kept

On a slow phone, text typed into a public form in the first seconds after it appeared could vanish when the page finished loading, and the form would then submit empty. A small script now remembers what was typed and puts it back, in both the all-questions and the one-question forms, without overwriting anything typed afterwards.

  24. Pick a GoHighLevel pipeline, calendar or user from a list

GoHighLevel actions in an automation can now offer your pipelines, calendars and users as lists to pick from, instead of asking you to paste an ID. If a list can't load, you can still type the value.

  25. Hot lead alerts now fire at the same score the Hot badge starts at

A workspace with no custom alert rule is now alerted when a lead scores 80 or more, the same line the Hot badge uses everywhere. Before, alerts fired from 75, so a lead could trigger one while still reading Warm. Set your own score in Settings, Notifications, and nothing changes for you.

  26. Pick how to connect an app that has more than one way in

An app on Integrations is one card even when it can be connected in more than one way. Meta Ads offers Paste an access token, with a note on which token to use (a system user token with ads_read; a user token expires in about 60 days). Sign in with Meta stays available to SIGNL staff only until Meta approves the app, and turning it on for everyone is a setting, not a release.

  27. Fill in Airtable, Notion and web request data as rows, not JSON

The Airtable fields, Notion properties and webhook and HTTP body boxes now show as rows: a name, a kind of value (text, number, yes or no, list, or Notion's own property kinds) and a value you can pick from your data. You can still switch to JSON, and anything rows cannot show stays as JSON.

  28. Add people to a Kit sequence or form by name

The Kit Add to Sequence and Add to Form steps now take the sequence or form name, like the Kit tag step does. The numeric ID is still there under Advanced. The Telegram step's chat box is also clearer about when to fill it in.

  29. See who Kit says a visitor is, marked unverified

When a visitor arrives from a Kit email link with the subscriber id switched on, owners and admins see Kit's name and email for them on the visitor page, marked unverified. SIGNL never uses it to identify, merge or score the visitor, because anyone can change that number in a link.

  30. Leads can keep backup emails and phones, and shared phones are suggested for a merge

A lead keeps one main email and one main phone, and any further email or phone the same person uses is now kept as a backup that matching checks too. When two leads share a phone number under different emails, the lead page shows a Shares this phone number card: Merge into this lead keeps the other lead's email as a backup, and Not the same person hides the pair for good. Merging two leads by hand also keeps the folded lead's email and phone as backups.

  31. Lead Field Changed also fires on owner and social handle changes

The Lead Field Changed trigger now also runs when a person changes a lead's owner or a social handle in SIGNL. For the owner, the field is "owner" and the old and new values are the team members' names, so Changed to can be a name such as Bo.

  32. Start an automation when someone edits a lead field

A new Lead Field Changed trigger runs when a person edits a custom field or the name on a lead in SIGNL. Name the field to narrow it, or leave it blank for any field. Changes made by an automation, an import, the Agent or an API key do not start it.

  33. See every form response and linked data row on a lead's page

The Application tab on a lead is now Forms, and lists every form this lead filled in with each question and answer. A new Data tab shows the Data table rows linked to them, grouped by table, with a link into the full table.

  34. See other leads that look like the one you are on

A lead page now lists other leads in your workspace that share an email, phone number or social handle with it, with the reason for each, so you can open both and compare. It only suggests: nothing is merged for you.

  35. A lead's page lists other leads with the same phone number

In the Identifiers tab of a lead, a new section names any other leads in the workspace that carry the same phone number, each linking to its own page. This pairs with the change that keeps a response with a known phone and a different email as its own lead.

  36. Forms, calendar and import editors load controls when needed

Calendar editors defer their copy-hours controls, troubleshooting reads its timezone choices without loading the editor, and imports load the mapping editor at the mapping step. Forms load their inline booking panel only after routing a submission.

  37. Meeting Bot video downloads accept Recall's live media format

Meeting Bot recordings now accept Recall's binary download content type when copying MP4 video into private SIGNL storage. Existing failed copies can recover without launching another bot or requesting another transcript.

  38. Merged leads keep a first and last name

When two leads merge into one, the lead that is kept now picks up the first and last name of the one folded into it, if it had none and they match its full name. Before, those parts were lost with the folded lead and automations fell back to the full name.

  39. Pausing an affiliate, changing the primary domain and accepting an invitation are recorded in the audit log

Pausing or archiving an affiliate, making a domain the primary one, and someone joining a workspace through an invitation each add an audit entry with who did it and when.

  40. Attribution credits the right touch for leads with long histories

Leads who clicked many tracked links before paying could have their most recent touches missed, so last-touch and position-based attribution credited an older source. The attribution report now reads every touch before dividing the credit.

  41. Pick your Notion database from a list, and paste a Google Sheet's address

Notion steps now let you choose the database from the ones your connected Notion integration can see. Google Sheets steps now accept the sheet's address from your browser, so you no longer have to find the ID inside it. If a list can't load, you can still type the value.

  42. Find an automation or Event Flow by name from the search bar

The search bar (the command palette) now finds your automations and Event Flows by name, and opens an Event Flow in Event Flows or an ordinary automation in the builder.

  43. Processor connections live on Integrations

Payment processor setup moved from the Payments Connections tab to Integrations, Payments category: each card carries its webhook URL, signing secret, last event and payment, ingest health and mark set up, and Sign in with Whop and Connect with Stripe live there too. Old Connections links redirect to the new home. A workspace connected through Sign in with Whop or Connect with Stripe now reads one Connected status instead of two contradicting ones.

  44. Rescheduling offers the same times as booking

The reschedule page used its own fixed list of half-hour times, so a visitor was offered different times than the booking page showed. It now uses the booking page's hours and slot length, and its date buttons are named for screen readers.

  45. Retry a step that stopped after a delay

When a step that ran after a wait fails five times, it used to be left with nothing to press. In an automation's Runs table, choose the run and press Retry this step. It runs again from the step that failed, and the steps before it do not repeat.

  46. Retry a step that failed during a run

When an action fails partway through an automation run, you can now press Retry this step in the Runs table. It runs again from the step that failed, and the steps before it do not repeat. Failed steps are kept for 30 days. A failure inside a loop or a called automation is not kept.

  47. Turn a good Agent chat into a skill

Admins can press Save as skill on an Agent chat that went well. The Agent writes a draft title and instructions and picks up the tools the chat used, and you edit it before saving.

  48. Schedule an Agent skill to run on a timer

Press Schedule on a skill, pick how often and where to email the result, and the Agent runs it for you with read-only tools. Edit the skill and the next run uses your changes.
