Earlier changes

October 2026

  1. Pick contracts by name in the Send Contract step

The Send Contract step now lets you choose the draft to copy and the contract template from a list of names, instead of pasting an ID. Drafts show their title and agency templates are marked.

  2. A shared phone number no longer merges two different people

When a form response uses a phone number that already belongs to a lead with a different email, SIGNL now keeps it as its own lead with its own email instead of folding it into the first one. A phone number on a lead with no email, or with the same email, still joins that lead. A STOP (or START) text from a number two leads share now applies to every lead in the workspace that uses it, so a second lead can no longer be texted after the number opted out.

  3. Build a Google Sheets row column by column

The Google Sheets add and update steps now show the row as numbered columns, each with a kind of value (text, number, yes or no) and a value you can pick from your data. Move a column up or down to change its position. You can still switch to JSON.

  4. Sign-in pages show why an attempt failed

Creating an account with a password that appears in known breaches looked like a dead button: the page refused it but never said so. Signup, sign-in, password reset and set-new-password now show the reason after a failed attempt. Signing up with an address that already has an account now says so, instead of waiting for an email that never comes.

  5. Import and export Agent skills as SKILL.md files

Download any skill as a SKILL.md file, or import one you wrote in Claude. An imported skill opens in the editor for you to check before it is saved, and any tool you are not allowed to use is left out.

  6. Copy a ready-made Agent action into a skill of your own

The Skills page now lists the Agent's ready-made actions, locked. Press Copy as a skill and edit the wording or the tools in your own version.

  7. Your saved skills now have their own group in the Agent's / menu

Skills you or your admins saved appear under Your skills, after the ready-made actions. Type /skills to open the Skills page from the chat box.

  8. Try a skill before you save it

Press Test run in the skill editor and the Agent runs your draft straight away using read tools only. It can look things up but cannot propose a change, and nothing is saved until you press Save.

  9. Bigger buttons on a touch screen

On a phone or tablet the small buttons, the list tabs, the Back to Portfolio link and the Delete empty drafts link are taller and easier to hit. Desktop looks the same.

  10. Only run on calls with a certain predicted grade

A trigger's Only run if conditions can now check a call's predicted grade, for call events such as a no-show or a cancellation, so an automation can start only for high, medium or low graded calls. The Test tab tells you when a sample can't check the grade.

  11. Payments left unmatched for a week now reach your command queue

When a payment has gone more than 7 days without being matched to a call or sale, the dashboard's command queue shows the total and how long the oldest has waited, linked to Reconciliation.

  12. See what changed in each saved version of an automation

Version history now has a What changed button on every version. It lists the steps added or removed and the steps edited, with the names of the fields that changed, against the version before it. It never shows the values themselves.

  13. Webhook events no longer wipe a lead's tags or contact details

An event sent to SIGNL's inbound webhook used to replace the lead's tags with the ones it carried, and one with no tags removed them all, including tags like unsubscribed. Tags an event sends are now added to the lead's, and the first campaign that brought a lead in is kept. Events from the Ingest API, the tracking script, Calendly and Whop also stop blanking a name, email or phone they did not include.

  14. Choose the model the Agent starts on in each workspace

Owners and admins can set the Agent's default model for one workspace in its Settings, ahead of the organisation default. Anyone can still pick another model from the Agent's model picker, and a model that is later withdrawn quietly falls back to the next default.

  15. A cleaner booking calendar

Booking pages use quieter date tiles and clearer selected times, with Confirm kept beside the chosen slot. Dates and times use proportional sans-serif numerals with tabular spacing. The calendar and available times sit side by side when the widget has room, and stack in narrow embeds or on phones. Time-zone controls sit beneath the date grid, with both light and dark themes supported.

  16. Load the contract form when you need it

The contract form stays out of the lead page's initial JavaScript and loads on first use. Closing and reopening keeps an in-progress draft submission pending, while a failed form download offers a reload without replacing the lead page. Recipient, template and draft navigation stay unchanged.

  17. Write contracts and SOPs directly on the page

Contracts and SOPs now have a formatted document editor on white paper with dark text in either theme. Format headings, lists and tables without switching between writing and previewing. Contract fields can be inserted or dragged into the text. Start a contract before choosing a recipient, save it, then add recipients before sending; each person receives an independent copy to sign. Paper-copy settings have been removed from contract authoring. SOPs support uploaded images and PDF, Word and text documents up to 4 MB, with PDF previews and collapsible folders.

  18. Meeting Bot spend controls, transcript recovery and word timings

Recall capture and transcription now use SIGNL’s existing spend limits and usage meter. Failed transcripts can be restarted, and completed transcripts retain word timings for the recording editor. Duplicate lifecycle deliveries share one usage identity.

  19. Launch a visible Meeting Bot from SIGNL or the Recorder extension

Recordings has Meeting Bot controls for Zoom, Google Meet and Teams invitation links, with consent acknowledgement, scheduling, lifecycle status and recovery. The Recorder extension's Calls tab can launch and stop the same backend bot flow. An explicit user setting schedules bots for that rep's future SIGNL-booked calls. Completed videos and Recall transcripts are saved privately in the existing library.

  20. Keep contracts attached when leads merge

Merging duplicate leads now keeps their draft, sent and signed contracts attached to the surviving lead without changing signed content or signatures. Adding a new contract recipient to the CRM requires permission to add leads. Members with contract access can still draft for someone without adding them to the CRM.

  21. A booking confirmation offers Reschedule as well as Cancel

After someone books, the confirmation now says "Need to change it?" with a Reschedule link beside Cancel, so they can move the call themselves instead of cancelling and booking again. Booking descriptions that came from a rich-text editor also show curly quotes, dashes, currency signs and accented letters correctly instead of raw entity codes.

  22. Fill-in fields on contract templates

A contract template can have fill-in fields: blanks such as a start date, a custom fee or a note, each placed in the text as a token. You fill them in when you start the contract or on the draft, the preview shows them in place, and a required one left blank stops the send and names the field. Dates are written out and money uses the contract's currency. An automation that sends a template with a required fill-in field leaves a draft instead of sending, and an agency push brings any fields its sections use.

  23. Send a contract to anyone, deal optional

Contracts has a New contract button. Start from a template or a blank page, then send it to one of your leads or to someone new, who is added as a lead unless you untick that. Attaching a deal is optional, and a template that uses deal fields asks for one before you start. Each template has Use template, each lead page lists that lead's contracts with Send contract, and the Contract Signed, Declined, Viewed and Expired automations now run for every contract sent to a lead, with or without a deal.

  24. Adding your first client can no longer create duplicates

The Next button on the add-your-first-client step now shows that the workspace is being set up and cannot be pressed again until it finishes. A second press that was already sent lands on the client you just created instead of making another one.

  25. See exactly what is wrong with a page's tracking tag

Check a page on Tracking, Setup now reads the page itself as well as the events it sent. It tells you if the tag is missing, belongs to another workspace, loads from the wrong place, is pasted twice or is held by your consent banner, and gives you the fix to copy. Your AI assistant can run the same check.

  26. A visitor keeps their identity through in-app browser resets

The tracking tag now keeps a second copy of the visitor id for the length of the visit. If an in-app browser wipes the first copy during a checkout round trip, the tag restores it, so the return visit stays one person. A visitor who declines tracking has neither copy.

  27. Agent answers show your figures from the figures themselves

When the Agent quotes a figure such as revenue collected or show rate, the number on screen now comes from the figure it read, with what it counts and how it was reached on hover. If a reply states a money amount or percentage that nothing the Agent read contains, a note under the reply says to check it before you use it.

  28. Choose any AI model for the Agent

The Agent's message box now has a model picker, in the Coach Agent and the Agency Agent. Pick a provider, then one of its models: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama and more, each with its size and price per million tokens, and a ZDR tag where the provider keeps no copy of your prompts. Search finds a provider or a model by name. Your choice is remembered for your next chat, an open chat shows the model it last used, and approving a change carries on as the model that proposed it. Every model counts against your allowance and AI limits at its own price.

  29. The Agent can quote your dashboard figures

Ask the Agent for revenue collected, show rate, close rate and other headline figures, and it now reads them from the same figures your dashboards use, for the period you name, with the change on the period before. The same read is available to connected tools and the API.

  30. Automations can share leads between your team

A new Assign Owner step gives a lead an owner by round robin, by whoever has the fewest leads or open deals, or at random. It skips reps who are paused or deactivated, leaves a lead that already has an owner alone unless you turn on reassign, and shows up in the lead's history.

  31. Booking pages: honest counts, readable descriptions and an Activate button in the editor

A cancelled booking no longer counts toward a page's Bookings or the Total bookings tile. Imported descriptions show as plain text in the list. The page editor now has its own Activate and Deactivate button, and its header wraps on a phone so Save Changes stays on screen. The confirmation link now says Need to cancel?

  32. See what your calls produced, right above the calendar

A strip above the Calendar shows one tile for each outcome of the calls that have already happened in the month, week or day you are viewing: Won, Follow-up, Lost, No show and the rest, with the number of calls and their share. The colours match the call bars in the grid, and every tile says its outcome in words.

  33. See how many calls are behind you and ahead of you on the calendar

The line under the Calendar title now counts the calls in the month, week or day you are looking at, split into past and upcoming. It counts the same calls the grid draws: cancelled calls are left out, the rep filter applies, and days follow your own time zone.

  34. Work your upcoming calls from a table on the calendar

The upcoming calls list on the Calendar is now a table with name, time, closer, email, phone, whether the lead has confirmed, the UTM source, value, status and the join link. Sort any column, search by name, email, phone or source, and filter to confirmed or unconfirmed calls. Email and phone are hidden in censor mode.

  35. The CRM pipeline list sits flush under the header

The pipelines list on the CRM board now runs straight from the header to the bottom of the screen, with any Login As or notice banners shown beside it instead of leaving an empty gap above it.

  36. Clearer steps for sending marketing texts from your own Twilio account

When a marketing text is skipped because it would go out on SIGNL's shared account, the message now says to connect your own Twilio account in Integrations. The Twilio setup tab also says US numbers need their sender registered in your Twilio console first.

  37. Setup suggestions fit how you sell, and connect cards no longer dead-end

If you already book calls on another scheduling tool, the AI setup now offers SIGNL booking pages as an optional extra, switched off. A business that sells through a webinar and checkout gets a pipeline, and a DM-led business uses its first booking page for DMs instead of getting a third. When a sign-in is not available on your workspace, its setup card says so and offers a token field or the Integrations page instead of a broken link, and payment and webhook cards show their setup steps in the chat.

  38. YouTube channel sync reads a channel by handle more reliably

When YouTube's channel listing refuses a handle you entered under Videos, SIGNL now looks the channel up by its handle and reads its uploads directly. A failed sync also shows the reason the app gave instead of a bare HTTP 404.

  39. YouTube channel sync works again

Syncing a YouTube channel failed with a "tool not found" error because two of the calls it makes asked the app for an older version of the tool. They now ask for the current one, so Sync channel reads the channel's videos again, by your channel handle or the connected account.

  40. YouTube videos: Shorts are hidden until you ask for them

The YouTube Videos list on the Tracking page now has a Format filter. It shows videos by default and hides Shorts (3 minutes or under), so a channel with hundreds of Shorts reads as its real videos. Choose Shorts, or Videos and Shorts, to see them. A Short with a tracked link always stays in the list so its clicks and revenue are never hidden. Everything is still synced and counted.

  41. YouTube sync reads view counts and video lengths, and says when it cannot

A channel sync stored each video but left its view count, length and visibility empty, with no message. Those three now ask YouTube for the current version of the details call. If they still cannot be read, the YouTube Videos panel says so and why. Lengths are what the Shorts filter uses, so Shorts stay hidden only once they have been read.

  42. A lead is someone who gave you an email or a phone

Leads now means people SIGNL holds an email or a phone number for. Anonymous visitors no longer appear on the Leads list or in its counts, filters and export, and they are no longer counted in New leads, Hot leads, the dashboard's lead flow and recent leads, Leads in dashboard fields and Interfaces, the Leads column on Ads, the agency portfolio's New leads, the client portal, the morning brief, the weekly review, hot-lead alerts, the Zapier New lead trigger or list_leads in MCP and the API. The lead counts on Settings → Tags and in the MCP list_tags tool now count leads only too. Your lead numbers will drop by the share of visitors who never gave their details; nothing was deleted. Every visitor, anonymous or captured, is on Tracking → Visitors, Total visitors still counts everyone, and an old link to an anonymous visitor's lead page still opens. Automations are unchanged: Score threshold and every other trigger still run for every visitor as before; only the hot-lead alert to you now waits for an email or a phone.

  43. See which campaigns can be matched to leads, calls and cash

The campaigns table on the Ads page now says how each column is matched: spend and delivery come from the ad platform, and leads, calls and cash are matched on the campaign's utm_campaign tag. A campaign without a tag shows a dash with the reason instead of a zero, and no return on ad spend, so an unmatched campaign no longer looks like one that earned nothing.

  44. Brief a client's setup before they log in

Agencies can tell the setup chat what they already know about a client, keep some parts for themselves, add their own event templates or switch setup off, per client or as a package default. The client skips the questions you answered, and you see each client's setup status on your dashboard.

  45. An AI setter that answers leads who text in

Turn on the AI setter in Settings and give it your instructions: who qualifies, who does not, your approved answers to objections, real results and words it must never use. When a lead texts in, it drafts the next reply and, when they are ready, adds your booking link. You approve, edit or skip each draft in Conversations, or let it send on its own, straight away or after a number of replies you approved without an edit. It hands anything it cannot answer to a person with a task, pauses itself for that lead and lists the question for you to answer. Consent, quiet hours and STOP always apply. SMS only for now.

  46. Set up your workspace by answering a few questions

A new workspace opens with a short setup chat: what you sell, how buyers reach you, who sells, the tools you use and where you want alerts. It proposes the pipeline, forms, booking pages and automations that fit, with connect buttons for your tools, and builds everything you tick as drafts in one click. Nothing goes live or messages anyone until you switch it on, and Undo removes anything you have not changed or used.

  47. Pick each form and booking answer on its own in automations

When an automation starts from a form submission or a booking made on your own booking page, the data picker now lists each question by the name you gave it, such as Budget or Team size, instead of one block called Answers. The whole set of answers is still there as an advanced choice. Only questions on the live, published form are offered, a question the sample record left blank says so, and the step preview names the answer that came back empty instead of showing a code. Data you have already mapped is shown under the field in words, and an answer whose question you later deleted is flagged rather than quietly pointed at another one. Data picked from the example rows before any run, which used to come out blank in a real run and in the step preview, now fills in. Forms or booking pages that share a name are told apart in the pickers, booking answers and the booking page name now reach the automation when a call is booked, and steps that cannot retry no longer show retry settings.

  48. Publish an automation, then switch it on without leaving the editor

After you publish, the button now reads Published and an Activate button appears in the editor header. Activating tells you about any step that will be skipped on every run, the same notice the automations list shows.
