Set up call reminders as flows, right inside Events
Build the messages around a call in Events: pick a starter, time each email or text before or after the call, and choose which events use it. Every flow is also an automation, so it shows in Automations too. A cancel stops a flow and a reschedule moves it.
Jump to Event Flows from the command palette
Search reminders or workflows in the command palette to open Event Flows, or choose New Event Flow in the New menu to start from a template straight away.
Close a form by date or after a number of responses
In a form's Settings you can now set a close date and a response limit. When either is reached the form shows a closed page and takes no more answers.
One response per person on a form
A new Settings switch on forms stops the same email address answering twice. It only works on a form that asks for an email.
See what your form rules would have done
On a form's Workflow tab, a new card replays your qualification rules over your latest submissions: how many match a rule, how many would be disqualified, and which end screen each lands on. It updates as you edit the rules and changes nothing.
Try a score cut-off on your form
On a scoring form's Workflow tab you can drag a cut-off and see how many past submissions would reach it, then add it as a qualification rule in one click.
Insights reports in the new design
Insights now uses the new look: a scope switch and dropdowns in the generator, section headings in the report style, and headline figures as tiles that show the change from the prior period.
Request an integration from the directory
The public integrations directory now ends its list with a standing link to ask for a tool SIGNL does not connect to yet. It used to appear only when a search found nothing.
Status colours reach payments, imports, automations and training
More of SIGNL now shows status in colour beside the word. Payments: a charge is green, a refund orange, an open dispute amber, and money lost to a dispute red; a payment's match is green when matched, blue when suggested and amber when unmatched, and a processor connection reads green when receiving, amber while waiting and red when failing. Imports show each row's outcome (created, updated, skipped, failed), automations their health, and training paths and goals their progress. The dashboard's to-do list, Calls' Right now counts, form status, the tracking pixel and won and lost deals follow the same set. A deal stuck for 30 days or more on the CRM board shows orange and says stale, and team roles (closer, setter, sales manager) each have their own colour.
A rebooking draft for no-shows
A new starter automation, Draft a rebooking message for a no-show, has the Agent read the missed call, the lead and the messages already sent to them, then write a short rebooking message on the lead's timeline and a task asking someone to send it. It sends nothing itself. You choose the team member the Agent runs as, who must have switched on Settings, Automation Agent.
Notices from SIGNL appear above your pages
When SIGNL needs to tell you something, such as planned maintenance or a billing change, a notice now appears at the top of your workspace for as long as it applies. You can dismiss most notices, and a dismissed notice stays gone for you.
Credits now belong to people, and Agency includes them
Every person now has their own credits, used in any workspace they work in. Whoever takes an action pays for it from their own credits, including inside a client workspace and when an agency logs in as a client, so an agency's clients never spend the owner's credits. Work nobody started, such as automations, reminders and transcription, is paid by the account owner. Both plans now include 4,850 credits a month, Agency as well as the $97 plan, and someone who pays for two accounts gets both in one balance. See and buy your credits under Your account. Owners can send credits to teammates and see what each person and workspace used this month in Settings. The Agency Agent now uses the credits of whoever runs it.
Settings sections as pill tabs
The sections across the top of Client Settings are now pill tabs that wrap on a narrow screen instead of scrolling sideways.
Automations that move a deal now respect the stage's requirements
A pipeline stage can ask for a deal value, close date, offer or custom field before a deal enters it. The board, the Agent, MCP, the API and Zapier already enforced that. An automation's Move Deal Stage step now does too: if the deal is missing something, the step is skipped and the run log says what the deal needs, rather than quietly filing it in a stage that wanted more.
ThriveCart orders land in the ledger
Payments, Connections has a ThriveCart card. Paste your ThriveCart secret word on the card, add a webhook in ThriveCart at this workspace's address, and live orders, subscription payments and refunds are recorded in the ledger with the buyer's email. ThriveCart does not sign its deliveries, so SIGNL accepts only those that carry your secret word, which is stored encrypted and never shown again. Test-mode purchases are stored and ignored, so they never reach your revenue. ThriveCart fees are not recorded. Built from a description of ThriveCart's webhook and not yet checked against a real delivery; tell us if a payment doesn't show up.
See where visitors stop on each form
The Behaviour tab on Tracking now has a Forms section. For every form it shows how many page loads saw it, started it and submitted it, and which question visitors were last typing in before they left, with how long they took to start each question. Open a form to see the question-by-question table.
Filter YouTube videos by visibility and see their length
On Tracking, the YouTube table can now be filtered to public, unlisted or private videos, and each video shows its length. Both fill in the next time you sync your channel.
One inbox across every client
Agencies get a new Inbox page that lists every client's conversations together, newest first: the texts and emails SIGNL sent their leads, and every text or WhatsApp reply that came back. Filter by client or channel, or show only the leads who replied, then open a conversation to land on it in that client's workspace. It shows conversations only; to reply, use your phone or email.
Ask the Agent what you have spent
A new get_usage tool lets the Agent and any MCP client answer what your workspace has spent in credits, and what is left. It covers this month by default, or any window up to a year, split into AI, texts and calls, transcription and email, by feature, and optionally by day. If your workspace has no credit wallet it says so instead of showing zero.
The Agent and MCP can read a lead's messages
A new list_messages tool returns one lead's texts, WhatsApp messages and emails, newest first: what SIGNL sent, with its delivery status, and what the lead replied by text or WhatsApp. Ask the Agent what a lead last said, or what was sent before a call. Filter by channel or direction and page through older messages. Replies by email are not recorded yet.
An Agent step for automations
Automations get a new Agent step. Give it instructions, tick the read tools it may use, and paste an example of the answer you want. It reads the lead, answers with a short structured object, and a later step can use those fields. It cannot change or send anything. It runs as a team member you choose, with only their permissions, and only once that member has switched on Settings, Automation Agent. It is off for everyone until then, and it does not run from a test.
Automation step panels read in a clearer order
Number boxes now show their unit inside the box instead of in the label, Formatter-style steps ask for the operation before the value, web request steps ask for the URL before the credential, and email fields flag a mistyped address while you set the step up.
Clear out empty automation drafts in one click
The Automations list now tells you how many drafts have no steps and have never run, and deletes them all after one confirmation. Automations with no trigger also stop claiming they start on Manual.
Start an automation from a template you can see
Templates now open in their own window. Each card shows the apps in the flow with arrows between them, a title and a short description, and opening one lists every step before anything is created. Importing from Zapier or a SIGNL file is one Import button that asks where you are bringing them from.
Long automation lists load fifty at a time
The Automations list now shows fifty rows with a Show more button and a count of how many are hidden, so a workspace with a hundred imported Zaps stays quick to scroll. Changing a filter or the sort takes you back to the first page.
Automations warn when a booking link points at a page that is switched off
A Send Email step that puts {{booking_link}} in the message now warns you when the page chosen under Booking link for is in draft or inactive. Such an email skips on every run, because a single-use booking link can only be made for an active page. It is a warning, not a block: switch the page on or pick another, and the warning clears.
Booking page links say which ones an automation made
On a booking page's Links tab, a single-use link made by an automation's Send Email step now carries an Automation label, so you can tell it from one you generated by hand. A page that automations send links for can collect thousands, so the list shows the newest 100 and says how many there are in total. Older links still work until they are used or expire.
Marketing texts pause when carriers start blocking them
If mobile carriers block 5% or more of a workspace's texts as spam over a week (at least 100 texts), SIGNL now pauses that workspace's marketing texts and WhatsApp messages and tells the owner. Booking confirmations and reminders keep going. Carriers that keep seeing blocked traffic can suspend the number, so stopping early protects it. SIGNL reviews the pause and lifts it; Settings shows it while it is on.
SIGNL activity added to your Close leads as notes
Switch on Add SIGNL activity to Close on the Close connection and each booking, reschedule, cancellation, attendance, call outcome, form, won deal and payment becomes a note on the Close lead with the same email. If Close has no lead with that email, SIGNL creates one with that contact. SIGNL only adds notes and new leads: it never changes or deletes anything in Close. If a note cannot be added, the reason shows on the Close connection.
Agency tools read complete team rosters
Agency team-member and talent tools now read beyond the database's first page, retaining workspace, role and activity filters and talent performance statistics. A failed later page reports an error rather than presenting an incomplete roster as complete.
Sales breakdowns retain rep names beyond the first page
Contracted-value and call-count breakdowns now resolve rep names beyond the database's first 1,000 talent rows. Truly unassigned calls keep their label, and failed roster reads report an error instead of silently mislabeling known reps.
The tools on a connected app now follow the role of the person who connected it
An AI connector such as Claude now only sees the tools its owner could use inside SIGNL, reads included. A viewer's connector no longer lists automations, contracts, data tables or integrations, and a team member's connector keeps tasks and lead edits but not SOPs or tracked links. The consent screen greys out a permission your role cannot give, and says what it needs. If a role is reduced, existing connectors narrow straight away, and widen again if it is restored.
Tracking Content now has a tab for every place you post, and you can add your own
The Content tab on Tracking has a tab per source: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Email, X, Setters and Discord, plus Add source for any you name yourself, such as a podcast. Paste one item per line and each becomes its own tracked link; put a note after a bar to describe it. Each source lists its items with clicks, opt-ins, bookings and revenue, searchable and sortable. Links you already made from Instagram and TikTok post lists, and your YouTube video links, are filed under their sources automatically.
Signed contracts name the records notice, and invitations offer paper
The record of signature at the end of a signed contract's PDF now names the electronic records notice the signer agreed under, by its version and a fingerprint of the exact wording they saw. When a contract offers paper copies, the invitation email adds one line: "Prefer to sign on paper? Reply to" your contact address, and a reply goes straight to that address. Contracts that do not offer paper copies are sent exactly as before.
A lead's booked calls appear in their conversation
Open a conversation and the lead's booked calls now sit in the thread between the texts and emails, in time order, with what the call was, how it went and who took it. A cancelled call is struck through and says so.
Call a lead from their conversation
A conversation now has a Call button beside Open lead when the lead has a phone number. It opens your phone or calling app.
Filter Conversations to leads with calls
Conversations has a new Calls filter beside All, Text and Email. It keeps the leads who have a booked call and a text or email thread, and it combines with search and the Needs a reply filter. A lead with a booked call but no messages is not listed, because Conversations lists message threads.
Lead details above each conversation
An open conversation now shows the lead's deal stage, intent score, whether nobody owns the lead, and their next open task with its due date, so you can reply with the context in view.
Show only unassigned conversations, and sort by intent score
On Conversations, the Show only menu now includes Unassigned, for leads nobody on the team owns. When your leads carry an intent score, a Sort by menu puts the highest scores first. Leads without a score go last.
Conversations are easier to scan
Each conversation now shows the lead's initials, the channel in words and who spoke last ("You:"), and a dot when they replied. Open a thread to see messages grouped by day, a count of texts and emails, and delivery status as a clear label.
Find the conversations that need you
On Conversations you can now show only the threads waiting on your reply, or only those where your last message did not arrive. They combine with the channel and the search, and a Clear filters link appears when nothing matches.
Deal stage on each conversation
Each conversation in the list now shows where the lead's open deal sits in your pipeline, as a small chip under the last message. Leads without an open deal show no chip.
Choose what each pipeline card shows, and add deals to real leads
Every pipeline now has its own card layout: pick the fields a card shows, put them in order and switch between comfortable and compact. Set it for everyone on the board, or just for yourself. Add deal now finds an existing lead by name, email or phone, or creates the lead in the same step, and warns if they already have an open deal. Each card has a quick-actions menu to call, text, email, move, mark won or lost, book, confirm or cancel a call, assign an owner, or open the lead. A card can also show the lead's owner, next call, open tasks and notes. Each stage can require fields (value, close date, offer or your own deal fields) before a deal can enter it, and saved board views remember a search, sort and source.
Deal custom fields show on the deal
Fields you add for deals under Settings, Custom fields now appear when you open a deal on the CRM board, and anyone who can edit deals can fill them in there. Until now they could be defined but not seen anywhere.
Full journey in the lead panel
The Activity tab in the Leads side panel now shows the same journey summary as the lead page: touchpoints, days to first payment, first and latest channel, and the first and latest touch marked on the timeline.
Edit what the Agent proposes before you approve it
When the Agent proposes a change that contains text, such as a note or a message draft, you can now press Edit on its approval card, rewrite the text and approve. What you wrote is what runs, and the change is recorded in your audit log as edited. Ids, dates, statuses and amounts cannot be edited, so an edit cannot point the change at a different record.
Reword a connected assistant's request before you approve it
When a connected AI tool asks to change something and the request waits for you, you can edit the text it wrote (a note, a message, a status) and approve your wording. The edit is checked before anything runs, and the audit log keeps what it said and what you changed it to.
Edit a roleplay persona after you create it
Managers can now change a persona's name, role, backstory, call type, target role, industry, objective and typical objections from its card. Copying a persona into a client that already has a copy of it is now refused, with a note to edit that copy instead.
Edit a training path after you create it
Managers can now rename a training path, change its description, and add, remove, reorder or change its steps from the path's card. Reps already on the path see the new steps, and progress still comes from the practice sessions they have done.
