October 2026

  1. Custom domains now connect the way Vercel documents it

Custom domains now connect the way Vercel documents it: apex domains with www, the exact records for your project, a live view of what your DNS shows, health checks once live, and an alert if a domain stops working.

  2. You are told when a deleted lead comes back

If someone you deleted submits a form or books a call again, the notification and the new-submission email now say it is a lead you deleted. They are still not restored or messaged by your automations.

  3. File a call recording on its call by hand

A call recording's page now shows which call it belongs to, with a link to it. When the recorder could not match it, as with Microsoft Teams calls or a call booked without a meeting link, pick the call from the ones booked within three days of the recording and file it there: the call gets the transcript and summary, unless it already has a transcript. Unlink takes the recording off the call again.

  4. See how many people make it from each funnel step to the next

Every step in a funnel now shows its views as a percentage of the step before it, so you can find the step where people drop away. The Tracking page also shows a single bar splitting attributed revenue by confidence, and its Links tab carries a count.

  5. Google Meet links for bookings with several hosts

A Google Meet booking page that books several hosts together now creates one Meet call for the booking. The lead gets the link in the confirmation email, the calendar invite and on the confirmation screen, and every host's calendar event carries the same link. Rescheduling the booking moves every host's event, and cancelling it removes them all.

  6. Lead journeys show where each step happened

Each step on a lead's journey now carries a small brand mark on its tile: the channel a visit came from, or the system that recorded a booking or payment, when the step says so. The name stays as text beside it. The Leads page also uses the shared buttons, search box and notices, so the CSV import dialog, bulk-action messages and the lead drawer match the rest of the app.

  7. Lead page cards: clearer titles, delivery and error states

Cards on a lead's page now have Newsreader titles like the rest of the app. Messages sent shows delivery as a status chip with its words (Delivered, Not delivered), with failures and errors in the danger colour. Communication consent uses the shared Withdraw button, and an opted-out channel reads in the danger colour beside the words Opted out. The AI read card's error text is in the danger colour too.

  8. Lead page controls match the rest of the app

On a lead's page the notes, tasks, identifiers, merge and link controls use the shared buttons, dropdowns and checkboxes. Tasks have a proper checkbox with the task name as its label, and an overdue date is shown in the danger colour next to the word Overdue. The tag filter uses the same checkboxes.

  9. The Leads bulk bar matches the rest of the app

When you tick leads, the bar that appears is the shared selection bar: a count of the leads ticked, the Add tag, Remove tag, Assign owner and Run automation pickers as outlined pills, Delete and Export buttons, a Clear selection link and the note about what the ticks cover. What each person can do is unchanged.

  10. Leads list select boxes match the rest of the app

The tick boxes on the Leads list use the shared checkbox, and the select-all box shows a dash when only some of the leads on the page are ticked.

  11. See every link's clicks, forms, bookings and cash day by day

The Tracking Overview now draws a per-day chart across all your links for the date range you picked, with a switch between cash, bookings, forms and clicks and a table of every day under it. A new table compares every source on every metric at once, and you can sort it by any column.

  12. Perspective funnels have their own card on Integrations

Perspective joins ClickFunnels, Framer, Webflow, WordPress and Kajabi: the card gives your SIGNL tag and the steps to put it on each funnel step, and forms on those steps become leads with their source. The steps come from other tools' guides for Perspective and have not been run against a live account.

  13. Perspective funnels: a ready-made connector

Integrations, Connectors now has a Perspective template. Start it and SIGNL gives you a URL and a secret, with the steps to send each new Perspective lead there through Zapier, Make or n8n. Leads arrive with their email, phone and name, tagged perspective, with the funnel they came through as a note. Send a test, check the fields and go live.

  14. Name the ends of a rating scale

A rating question can now say what its lowest and highest number mean, such as "Not likely" and "Very likely" under a 0 to 10 scale. Set them in the question's settings; they show under the numbers on the form, whether it asks one question at a time or all at once, and a Typeform import brings its left and right labels across.

  15. SIGNL Recorder 1.1: two recorders, one for your screen and one for calls

The Chrome extension now opens on one of two tabs. Screen & camera records a tab, your screen or just your camera, with a live microphone level, blur and screenshots. Calls finds the Meet, Zoom or Teams call on the tab, records you and everyone else after the consent tick, and keeps its own list of recent calls, and reminds you on the page, as a call recording starts, that everyone should have been told. The recording bar, camera bubble, saved screen and failed-upload screen are redrawn in SIGNL's own look, in light and dark, with Copy link after a save and Download a copy when an upload fails.

  16. Calls you record land on the booked call

Record a call with the SIGNL Recorder extension on Google Meet, Zoom or any other call link, and when the meeting was booked through SIGNL with that same link, the recording is filed on that call. Once it is transcribed, the call shows the transcript and summary, and any automation that starts on a call transcript runs. A call that already has a transcript keeps it. Microsoft Teams calls are not matched yet, because a Teams tab does not say which meeting it is.

  17. Mute your mic mid-recording, and a countdown before you start

SIGNL Recorder 1.2 adds a microphone button to the recording bar: mute your voice without stopping, then unmute. Tab recordings started from the popup now count down 3, 2, 1 on the page first, and Esc cancels; the countdown never ends up in the recording.

  18. See how much of a recording has uploaded

SIGNL Recorder 1.3 shows upload progress while a recording saves: a bar with the percent and size in the popup, and the percent on the page's saving notice. Calls are now named from the meeting's own title, so a recording is filed as "Weekly sync" rather than the Meet code.

  19. Every session of a recurring booking reaches the host's calendar

A recurring booking used to put only its first session on the host's calendar. Every session now gets its own calendar event, and on a Google Meet page its own Meet link, which goes in that session's reminders. Rescheduling or cancelling one session moves or removes just that session's event.

  20. Leads saved views use the shared dropdown

The Views dropdown on the Leads list now opens as the same dropdown used elsewhere, with Work queues and Saved views as headings, and keyboard arrows and type-ahead.

  21. Check your install at a glance before you read the setup steps

The top of the Setup tab now shows three status cards: whether the pixel is receiving events and when the last one arrived, how many domains are sending them, and whether an ad platform is connected. Each states its status in a word.

  22. No more false "late" warnings for the weekly review

The public status page and its jobs check said scheduled messages were late from Wednesday to Sunday every week, because the weekly review that runs on Monday was being judged as if it ran daily. Weekly and monthly jobs are now judged against their own schedule, so the page only says late when a job has actually missed a run. The same mistake sent every workspace a "Background job late: week-in-review" notice on each of those days; that stops too.

  23. Tags now have a colour from the start

Tags that arrive from imports, forms and automations used to all draw as the same grey chip. Each now takes a steady colour from its name, so they are told apart at a glance in the tag filter, the lead list and the lead drawer. A colour you choose in Settings, Tags still replaces it.

  24. Tags now have an icon of their own from the start

A tag you have not customised takes a steady icon from its name as well as a colour, so imported and automated tags no longer all wear the same bookmark. An icon you choose in Settings, Tags still replaces it.

  25. Every tag now shows its icon, in the Leads list too

Tags on the Leads list, in pickers and in filters now carry the same icon badge as everywhere else, instead of a bare coloured label. A tag with no style set yet shows a neutral chip with a bookmark. The Add tag button, the tag finder and the tag filter are rounder to match, a tag overflow reads as a pill, and the scheduling and owner pickers on a lead page use the shared dropdown. Error messages on a lead page are now in the danger colour, not plain bold text.

  26. Templates tell you which apps still need connecting

In Start from a template, a card now says when an app it uses is not connected yet, and the template's detail view marks the steps that will not run until you connect it in Integrations.

  27. Send a test to a webhook endpoint

Each outgoing webhook endpoint has a Send test button that sends it the latest real event again, signed like any delivery, so you can check your receiver without waiting for something to happen.

  28. Wistia videos count towards lead scores

If a page with the SIGNL tag plays a Wistia video, SIGNL now records how much of it each visitor watched (started, 25, 50, 75, 90 and 100 percent), the same as a video SIGNL hosts or a plain video file. Watching three-quarters of it raises the lead's score, and the Video Watched automation trigger fires on it. It counts the parts actually watched, so skipping to the end does not count as watching. Nothing to set up beyond the tag.

  29. Visits from X now show as X on a lead's journey

A visit that comes from X (Twitter), by its source tag or by a link from x.com, now shows as X with its mark in a lead's journey, the channels list and the summary, instead of a lowercase source name with no mark.

  30. Every video on your YouTube channel, kept up to date

Connect YouTube and the Content tab lists every video on the channel, with views, visibility and length, without you creating a tracked link for each. It refreshes itself about every six hours, and Sync channel needs no destination URL any more. A video with a tracked link also shows its clicks, forms, bookings and revenue; a video can carry as many tracked links as you like (use Add link on its row) and adds them up. The tab also lists every video on a large channel, where it could previously stop at a thousand links.

  31. Swap a link or replace text across your YouTube descriptions

Change a link or a line of text in the descriptions of your channel's latest videos in one go. You see every video that would change, and exactly which lines, before anything is written. SIGNL keeps the original of each description so you can undo a run, leaves any video you edited by hand in the meantime, and checks each change actually landed on YouTube.

  32. Two ready-made Agent automations

Two new starter automations use the Agent step. Rate and brief every new lead has the Agent read each new lead, tag how urgent they are and leave a suggested first message on their timeline. Post-call summary for approval drafts a write-up when a call transcript is ready, waits for you to approve it, then adds it as a note with a next-step task. Both read only, and both need you to choose the team member the Agent runs as, who must have switched on Settings, Automation Agent.

  33. Find call reminders in Automations

Automations has a Bookings trigger filter covering booked, cancelled, rescheduled, missed and not-reconfirmed calls. Reminder flows built in Events carry an Event Flow tag and a line saying which events they run on, with an Open in Event Flows action.

  34. See when an automation was last edited

The Automations list has a Last edited column you can sort by. It moves when someone changes an automation's name, steps, variables, folder or on/off switch, and not when it simply runs.

  35. See every message a call has had

Open a call in Calls, or a lead's Messages tab, and a section lists each reminder and follow-up SIGNL sent, skipped or still has queued for it, with the flow that sent it and the reason for any skip.

  36. See where each rep is strong and weak, against the team

The Team page has a new Competency card. Pick a rep to see how often they pass each scorecard category on calls scored in the last 30 days, drawn as a radar against the team's rate, with every figure in a table beside it. A category only counts once enough criteria have been judged.

  37. Edit, move or remove a content item

On Tracking, each item in a content source now has an Edit button: change its note, move it to another source, or remove it. YouTube items stay with the channel sync.

  38. Totals above each content source

On Tracking, each content source (Instagram, TikTok, Email and the rest) now shows its items, clicks, opt-ins, bookings and revenue as headline figures above its table.

  39. Team notes in a conversation

Open a conversation and the lead's three newest team notes now sit under the details strip, with the author, the time and the total count. Adding a note still happens on the lead page, so Conversations stays read-only.

  40. Data table toolbar in the new design

The toolbar above each Data table now uses the new controls: a layout switch, a search box, dropdowns for filters, sorts, colour and grouping, and buttons that show when a filter, sort or hidden field is active.

  41. Send yourself a test of a reminder

In an Event Flow message, Send me a test emails the message to your own address with a sample call filled in, so you can see exactly how it will read before it goes to a lead.

  42. Set up call reminders as flows, right inside Events

Build the messages around a call in Events: pick a starter, time each email or text before or after the call, and choose which events use it. Every flow is also an automation, so it shows in Automations too. A cancel stops a flow and a reschedule moves it.

  43. Jump to Event Flows from the command palette

Search reminders or workflows in the command palette to open Event Flows, or choose New Event Flow in the New menu to start from a template straight away.

  44. Close a form by date or after a number of responses

In a form's Settings you can now set a close date and a response limit. When either is reached the form shows a closed page and takes no more answers.

  45. One response per person on a form

A new Settings switch on forms stops the same email address answering twice. It only works on a form that asks for an email.
