What it does

Payment webhooks from your PayPal business account land in the ledger: captures, subscription payments, refunds and dispute markers, checked against PayPal's certificate signature. Built from PayPal's webhook reference and not yet checked against a real delivery. PayPal sends no buyer email with a payment, so payments arrive unmatched.

Early use: Built from PayPal's webhook reference and not yet checked against a real delivery.
