October 2026

  1. Start a scorecard from a template or an AI draft

A new scorecard can now start from one of seven written templates: a high-ticket closer call for info businesses, MEDDPICC, BANT, Sandler, Challenger, Solution Selling and consultative. Or describe the call, or paste your script, and AI drafts the categories and criteria, using your workspace AI context and, if you tick it, your three best-scored calls. The draft fills the editor and nothing saves until you do.

  2. The calendar has an agenda view, and the day view flags double-booked calls

A fourth view, Agenda, sits beside Day, Week and Month on the calendar: every call in the month you are looking at, grouped under its day, with the same status chips, and a click opens the call. Today is marked and the Previous and Next buttons move by month. In the Day view, a call that overlaps another now says so under its name ("Overlaps with" and the other lead), so a double-booked slot no longer hides in the list. A call that starts the minute another ends is not counted as an overlap.

  3. Send a contract's signing invitation again

When a signing invitation never arrived or the signer lost it, send it again from the contract's record. The signer gets a new link by email, the old link stops working, the record shows the resend, and the new link appears once on screen so you can pass it on yourself if the email fails.

  4. Automation templates load when opened

The Automations list no longer downloads the template catalogue before you open it. The gallery shows loading and retry states, and you can still start from a blank canvas while the catalogue loads or if its download fails. Template previews and paused creation stay unchanged.

  5. Video upload tools load only when needed

Browsing Videos no longer downloads the resumable-upload tools. They load when you submit an upload, before a video record is created. If the tools fail to download, your selected file and details remain in the dialog so you can try again.

  6. Recordings name themselves from what was said

Recordings name themselves: when a tab, screen or camera recording still carries the recorder's own title (the tab name and the time, or "Tab recording"), the transcript's summary now gives it a short title about what the recording covers. A title you set is never changed, before or after the transcript is ready, and call recordings keep the meeting's own name.

  7. Add a call to action to a recording

A recording can now carry one button on its share page: a label, where it goes (an https link or one of your booking pages), an optional headline, and whether it shows from the start or once the video ends. At the end of the video it also appears over the player. When a lead clicks it through the link you sent them, the click lands on their timeline, and the recording page shows how many leads clicked. Set, change or remove it from the recording's Settings tab.

  8. A recording's transcript now follows the video, with search

As a recording plays, the line being spoken is highlighted in the transcript and scrolled into view, and the chapter you are in is marked. Scroll the transcript yourself and it stays put for four seconds before following again. A search box above the transcript narrows it to the lines that contain a word, with the word marked; press Enter to jump the video to the next match. Lines you have cut out of the video are never highlighted. It works on the recording page and on a shared link.

  9. Recording views you can trust, and a ping when someone watches

Views of a shared recording no longer count you or your team: anyone signed in to the workspace watching the link adds nothing. The first time a recording is watched, whoever made it gets a notification and an email, and when a lead first opens the link you sent them you hear about it by name. Anonymous viewers now show as a stable animal, such as Anonymous Capybara, so you can tell one returning viewer from three new ones. Reactions and comments appear as markers on the player's progress bar, and a click plays from that moment. The last progress mark now lands even when a viewer closes the tab straight after the end.

  10. Read captured automation fields more clearly

Known trigger fields keep their readable labels after a run is captured. List-valued answers show a list badge with a compact count preview, while the original mapping token remains available on hover. The Leads tag dropdown uses a neutral keyboard indicator around its rounded panel instead of a blue square inside the list. Question-specific labels, the catalogue before a captured run and the wider focus-style audit remain separate work.

  11. Recognise the device theme setting

The theme switcher uses a computer icon instead of A for the option that follows your device. Its label and tooltip now explain the system setting; your saved preference stays the same.

  12. Keep lead tags in one row

Lead rows show complete tags that fit, followed by a count of the rest. Hover, focus or tap the count to see every tag without stretching the row or opening the lead profile.

  13. Lighter Admin Portal controls

Admin forms no longer load the server's reason-validation library just to show their hints and check a typed reason. Affected pages load less JavaScript, while server validation, audit reasons and form behaviour stay unchanged. Further page-size reductions remain in progress.

  14. Quieter focus styling on shared controls

The shared focus outline now uses neutral ink instead of blue. Search highlights its rounded outer frame rather than boxing in the typing area, the Agent composer drops its extra blue halo, and reusable text inputs no longer layer two focus indicators. Keyboard focus stays visible; the wider component audit remains open.

  15. Recorder requests reject invalid JSON bodies

The reserve and finalise endpoints now reject JSON null, arrays and primitive values with a controlled validation response instead of a server error. Valid recording requests keep their existing behavior.

  16. Safe retries for the REST API: send an Idempotency-Key

Developers and AI agents writing through the REST tools API can send an Idempotency-Key header. A retry replays a saved JSON response, including errors, for 24 hours. If a write throws or its response cannot be saved, SIGNL blocks automatic replay of the write: reconcile its outcome before another write. The Developers page also shows authenticated calls per live API key over 7 and 30 UTC days.

  17. New Data columns keep deleted values separate

Columns added from Data or a form's destination panel get fresh IDs instead of exposing a deleted column's retained values. Concurrent field edits, table renames and automatic source-column updates no longer silently overwrite a winning schema edit. A conflicting destination save asks you to reload before changing the form mapping; Data's expected refusals are shown before refreshing. Lead backfills stop if their target column has disappeared. Type conversion previews and hidden-field restoration remain planned.

  18. Email automation failures withhold provider response text

Resend refusals in email and single-lead broadcast automations now show a valid HTTP status without copying the provider's free-form response into run errors or saved email failure records. Delivery and booking-link cleanup are unchanged.

  19. Older automation step history uses current redaction

Step-history detail and captured-output sample pickers now apply current redaction when reading older rows, including failed HTTP responses and truncated previews. Error messages also mask values explicitly assigned to credential-named fields. Stored rows, live execution data and delayed-run snapshots are unchanged.

  20. Ignored HTTP failures withhold response content in run history

When an HTTP automation step is allowed to continue after a failed response, its direct or nested history output now retains the HTTP status and success flag without storing response JSON, headers or body. Later steps and delayed runs still receive the original execution data.

  21. Agent approval cards name what they change, and show before and after

When the Agent proposes a change, its approval card now names the lead, call, rep, deal, stage or other record each id points at, with the exact id beneath. For an update, each field it changes shows what it holds now, struck through, above the new value, so you can see exactly what will change before you approve.

  22. A call shows its recordings and who did the talking

Open a call that has a SIGNL recording filed on it and a Recordings section lists each one, linked to its page, with talk time per speaker and, once someone has marked the rep, how much the rep talked and listened.

  23. Connected tools read complete talent and schedule rosters

Talent and availability-schedule tools now read beyond their first page, retaining workspace scope and stable ordering. Failed later pages return an error rather than an incomplete roster, with retry guidance preserved.

  24. Deals open as a sheet on a tablet

On an iPad or any screen between a phone and a laptop, opening a deal in the CRM now slides up a sheet from the bottom over the board, instead of squeezing a narrow panel down the side. Tap the board to close it. Phones and laptops are unchanged.

  25. Events says when a live booking page has no host

A live booking page with no host still takes bookings, but they arrive unassigned and no rep is credited a commission until you assign one. The Events list now says so under the page, with a link to set a host.

  26. File a recording on a lead, and see a lead's recordings

A recording with no call to go with it, such as an unbooked call, a voice note or a walkthrough made for one prospect, can now be filed on the lead from the recording's page. A lead's Calls tab lists every recording filed on them or on any of their calls, each with who did the talking. Merging two leads keeps the recordings filed on either.

  27. Filled answers and an optional progress bar on forms

A form's Style settings now offer Filled answers, which sit on a light wash of your button colour instead of the plain field ground, and a switch for the progress bar on forms that step through screens. With the bar off, the question or page count still shows.

  28. A background image and body font for your form

A form's Style settings now take a background image for the page behind the form, with a tint slider that lays the page colour over it, and a body font for the rest of the card: Inter Tight, Newsreader or Geist Mono. The questions keep their own card, so they stay readable over any picture.

  29. Build your form in its own look

The Build tab now shows each page as visitors see it: in the form's own light or dark theme, with its button colour, page colour, cover image and button label, at desktop or phone width. Type a question's wording, its help text, the form title or a page title straight onto the page. Preview uses the same look.

  30. Paste a list of questions into a form

In the form builder, Add field now has Paste questions. Paste a list from a doc or an email: each line becomes a question, lines starting with a dash become its answers, Yes and No make a yes/no question, and email or phone questions become those fields. A preview shows what each line will become before anything is added.

  31. Choose your form's button shape, headline font and alignment

A form's settings now have a Style section: pill, rounded or square buttons; Newsreader, Inter Tight or Geist Mono headlines; and the title, questions and button left-aligned or centred. Both form layouts and the Build canvas follow it. Forms imported with their original look keep that look.

  32. Talk-to-listen ratio per rep on the leaderboard

Open a rep on the leaderboard and their detail panel now shows how much they talk against how much they listen, averaged across the call recordings on their calls where the rep has been marked.

  33. Drag to reorder your sidebar

Settings, My sidebar now lets you drag pages into the order you want. Pick a page up with its grip and move it with the arrow keys, or use the up and down buttons as before. Each move is read out to screen readers, and Undo takes it back.

  34. Record the objection a rep overcame, and see the overcome rate

A won call now has an "Objection overcome" picker, with the same objections as a lost call's loss reason. The Loss Reasons page adds an overcome rate for each objection: how often the rep won anyway, out of the calls that recorded it, and says how many wins recorded no objection. Moving a call between won and lost clears the objection, so a loss reason never turns into an overcome one.

  35. Mark the rep to see their talk-to-listen ratio

On a call recording's talk time, mark which speaker is the rep with "This is the rep". The panel then leads with how much the rep talked and how much they listened, and names the rep's row. Change your mind with "Not the rep".

  36. A warning before recording storage runs out

When a workspace's recordings and call audio reach 80 percent of its plan's storage allowance, and again when they reach the allowance, the notification bell says so, with how much is used and a link to the storage section in Settings. Each warning comes once a month, the next time someone starts a recording.

  37. See who did the talking on a call recording

A recording with more than one speaker now shows talk time on its Summary tab: each speaker's share of the conversation, how long they spoke in total, and their longest stretch without a break. Speakers are named as the transcript names them, Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and so on.

  38. Suggest Next Step: a task for the rep after every call

Add the Suggest Next Step action after the Call Transcript Ready trigger, and when a call's transcript lands SIGNL reads it and gives the call's rep one task: the next thing to do with that lead, why, and when, within two weeks. It never sends anything or changes the lead itself, a call holds one open suggestion at a time, and a call with nothing left to do gets no task.

  39. Practice assigned automatically when a call misses, and managers can cancel it

Turn on "Assign practice when a call misses" on a scorecard, and when a call scored with it misses a required criterion, the rep is given practice on it, due in a week, with a note saying what was missed. Choose whether that practice is a roleplay against one of your personas or scoring their next call. A rep gets one at a time per scorecard. Managers can now cancel any open assignment from the rep's panel on the Team page.

  40. The Agent no longer asks you to approve a change that cannot run

If the Agent proposes a change with arguments that would be refused, it now corrects itself instead of showing you an approval card that fails the moment you approve it.

  41. Run an automation on many leads at once

Tick leads in the Leads list and choose Run automation to start a Run on a Lead button automation for each of them. A dialog says how many leads and how many texts, emails and AI steps it will use before anything starts.

  42. Form calculations can use the form's score

A calculation question can now read the form's score: write {Form score} in its formula, or click Form score under Insert a question. "Form score × deal size" is one formula. The score counts only the questions the person could see, and SIGNL works it out again when the form is submitted rather than trusting the browser. It is offered on forms whose options carry points.

  43. Let clients add and manage their own custom domains

An agency can now let each client add, verify, make primary and remove their own custom domain from their workspace, with a limit per client, a lock on any domain, and an allow or never allow setting for each client. Everything a client does is recorded and the agency is told when a domain is added or removed. Until you turn it on, clients see that your agency manages their domains.

  44. Signers can choose optional items before they sign

When a contract has optional items, the person signing now sees every item: they can untick an optional one, pick one option where you offered a choice of packages, and set a quantity where you allowed a range. The totals update as they choose, and what they choose is part of what they sign: it is recorded with their signature and shown on the signed PDF, with anything they left out marked as not included.

  45. Conversations fills the screen, with lead details beside the thread

On a laptop the thread list, the open conversation and the lead's details each scroll on their own, and a conversation opens at its newest message. On a wide screen the details sit in a column on the right (intent score with its Hot, Warm or Cold band, stage, owner, next task and team notes); on a smaller one, Details opens them in a drawer. Show only and Sort moved behind a Filters button that counts what is on, and a thread whose last send did not arrive carries a Did not arrive chip. Conversations is still read-only.

  46. Credits are one click away, in the agency view too

Credits now has its own place in the account menu, in every workspace and in the agency view. It shows your balance, which credits expire when, your recent movements, and lets you buy a pack; owners also set auto-reload there and see Team credits. Agency Settings gains a Credits tab, so someone who works only in the agency view can now see and buy their credits. Low-credit emails and notifications link straight to your credits, and the message when you run out says where to buy more.

  47. CRM card menu: Open call, where it said Reschedule

The deal card's menu item that took you to the call on the Calls page was labelled Reschedule, but SIGNL cannot yet move a booked call for you: only the person who booked can, from the link in their confirmation. The item now says Open call, which is what it does. Cancel call and Confirm call are unchanged.

  48. Custom domains now connect the way Vercel documents it

Custom domains now connect the way Vercel documents it: apex domains with www, the exact records for your project, a live view of what your DNS shows, health checks once live, and an alert if a domain stops working.
