What Collect covers

Collect is where you see what was paid and what each rep is owed. It has a payments ledger, a match inbox that links each payment to a buyer, payment plans and commission rules.

Connect your payment tools

  1. Open Integrations in a client workspace and choose the Payments category.
  2. For Commas and Ablefy, paste the API key on the card: SIGNL checks it, creates the webhook in the processor itself and, for Commas, imports your past payments. For the other processors, copy the URL shown into that processor, then mark it set up.
  3. Check the state on the card: Not connected, Waiting for first event, Receiving or Events failing.

Whop, Commas and Ablefy each have a connection here, and Stripe feeds the same ledger. If a state says Events failing, the card shows the last error. For a payment that did not come through a connected processor, such as a wire or cash, choose Record a payment on the Payments page.

Read the ledger

The Ledger tab totals what was refunded, known fees, and disputes and chargeback fees. Charges, fees, refunds and disputes from every connected tool sit in the one ledger. Until a payment arrives, the page says No payments recorded yet.

Match each payment to its buyer

  1. Open the Match inbox tab.
  2. Each suggestion shows a likely buyer for a charge. Choose Confirm, or choose Decline.
  3. Search for a lead, deal or call to match a charge the matcher could not place.

The inbox counts suggestions waiting and unmatched charges. Confirming, declining and matching need the Payments write permission. A very close match is applied for you only where automatic matching is switched on and that buyer has been confirmed before.

Set up a payment plan

  1. Open Payment plans and choose New payment plan.
  2. Enter the contact name, add a dated amount for each instalment with Add instalment, and choose Create Plan.
  3. When an instalment is paid, choose Mark Paid and pick how it was paid.
  4. Paste a payment link from your own processor if you want reminder emails to show a Pay now link.

Set what each rep earns

  1. Open Commissions and choose + New Rule.
  2. Choose Percentage, Flat Amount or Tiered.
  3. Review each commission on the Pending, Approved and Paid tabs, or by rep on Per Rep.
  4. Choose Export to download the list as a CSV.

The totals at the top show Paid Out, Approved (Owed) and Pending Review.

Where it stops

A commission is priced from the confirmed payment once one is matched, and from the closer's deal value until then. SIGNL has no payout ledger yet for claims, expenses or house shares. Payment plans are schedules you track by hand. SIGNL does not charge the buyer on each date.
