Close: pipeline, lead journeys, cadences and contracts
Work a pipeline board, read a lead's journey before the call, follow up with a cadence and send a contract for e-signature.

What Close covers
Close is where a lead becomes a customer: a pipeline board, one journey per lead, follow-up sequences and contracts sent for e-signature. Each card on the board carries the lead's intent score. Each lead has one journey, and a contract can go to any lead or anyone else, with a deal optional.
Work the pipeline board
- Open CRM in a client workspace. The board shows your pipeline as columns of deals.
- Choose Add deal to put a deal into a stage.
- Search deals, sort the cards and filter by source from the controls above the board.
- Open a deal and use Move to stage to change its stage.
A search or filter changes what you see, and the totals above the board still count every deal.
Read a lead's journey
Open a lead from Leads. The Journey tab lists what that person did, and the Calls and Payments tabs sit beside it. A Messages tab sits beside them too. Use this before a call, so you know what the lead has already seen.
Follow up with a cadence
Open Cadences and choose New cadence. A cadence is a sequence of steps. Add an email, add a text or add a wait between them. An email step can use tokens such as the lead's name.
Send a contract
- Open Contracts and choose New contract, or choose Use template on the Templates tab.
- Start blank, or from one of the workspace's templates. Choose who it is for: a lead, or someone new, who is added as a lead unless you untick that. A deal is optional; a template that uses deal fields asks for one.
- From a deal on the CRM board, Draft a contract does the same with the deal's contact and value filled in.
- Edit the title and text. Merge fields fill in when you send, and the text is then frozen.
- Choose Send for signature.
A lead's contracts are listed on the Deals tab of their lead page, with Send contract.
Templates live on the Templates tab of Contracts. A template is split into sections, and a section you lock is kept word for word in every contract drafted from it.
A template can have fill-in fields, blanks such as a start date or a custom fee that you fill in before sending. Each one goes in the text as a token like {{input:start_date}}, and a required one must be filled before the contract can be sent.
If the email cannot be delivered, SIGNL shows you the signing link so you can pass it on yourself. A signed contract has a signed PDF to download. Each contract page has a Record section that lists what happened to it. You can void a contract that has been sent. Voiding stops the signing link working, and a voided contract cannot be restored.
Where it stops
SIGNL has no dialler. It does not transcribe calls held on your meeting platform, and AI scores a call only when someone on your team asks it to. The wording of an agreement is yours. SIGNL provides a simple electronic signature and a tamper-evident record of who signed and when.
