Operate: every client, one login
Run a portfolio of clients, log in as one, sell packages, push booking page templates and bill from monthly statements.

What Operate covers
Operate is the agency layer. You get a Portfolio across your clients, a one-click Login As into any of them, packages you sell, event templates you push to clients, and Earnings with a statement per client.
Look across your clients
- Open Portfolio.
- Open Clients for the full list of the clients you run.
- Open a client from Portfolio to see how it is doing before you step inside.
Archive a client
When you archive a client, it leaves the agency view and Login As. You can restore it from Archived clients.
Log in as a client
On a client in Clients, choose Login As. If your role does not include Login As, SIGNL tells you to ask an admin to enable it.
Sell a package
- Open Packages and choose New package.
- Pick a type: Retainer, Setup + rev share or Hybrid.
- Assign the package to a client. SIGNL works out their setup, retainer and rev share every month.
Push a booking page to every client
- Open Event templates and choose New template.
- Lock the fields you want to keep in step. Locked fields are managed by you on every client page, and unlocked fields are a starting point the client can change.
- Save the template first, because the page starts from what is saved. Then choose Push to clients.
- Each client gets a draft page, sets its own host and hours, then publishes.
Bill from statements
- Open Earnings and choose Generate drafts to work a month out from packages.
- Open a statement to see its lines and record a payment against it.
Brand it as yours
Set your agency brand once under Branding in Settings, then save it with Save Branding.
Earnings are read from each client's monthly statement, so the figures you see come from the statements you generate and issue.
Before you start
Sign in with an agency account to see these pages. A solo coach sees only the workspace for their own business.
Where it stops
A statement records what a client owes and what they have paid. SIGNL does not collect the payment for you.
A void statement is kept for the record but never billed. Collecting the money stays with you, so record each payment on the statement as it arrives.
