What Coach covers
Coach is where you hold the sales floor accountable and train it. It has a leaderboard, a Sales floor dashboard with a cash goal, end-of-day reports built from your own templates, and a Training area.
Rank your reps
- Open Leaderboard in a client workspace.
- Pick a role tab: Closers, Setters or Sales Managers.
- Rank by Won Value, Calls, Close Rate or Show Rate. Setters rank by Sets or Show Rate.
- Use Manual adjustments if a number needs correcting, and Configure leaderboards to change what is shown.
Watch your pace to the cash goal
- Open Analytics to find the Sales floor dashboard.
- The dashboard shows cash against contracted, pace to a cash goal, DQ rate and cash per live call.
- On the Cash goal tile, set a target in the tile's settings.
The same Sales floor heading sits on the Team page.
File end-of-day reports
- Open Reports in the EOD area and choose Templates.
- Add the recommended start and end of day set, or build your own.
- Each rep, or you on their behalf, chooses File a report.
Pause a rep who falls behind
Add the Pause Underperforming Reps action to an automation. Pick a metric: Close rate, Show rate, Cash collected or No-show rate. When a rep's numbers breach your rule, SIGNL pauses them from new bookings and restores them when they recover.
Train the team
- Open Training.
- Choose New Persona to set up a practice buyer, or New Scorecard to define how a call is judged.
- Choose the call type and the role it is for.
Where it stops
Calls held on your meeting platform are not transcribed, and no call is scored by AI until someone on your team asks for it. Feedback on a recording is left by a person.
