Setup
- Create a bot with @BotFather and copy its token.
- Add the bot to the chat SIGNL should post to, and find that chat's id.
- Paste both here and save. SIGNL checks the bot can see the chat.
- Connected and proven: SIGNL has reached Telegram successfully.
In a workspace, open Integrations and pick Telegram. The card shows these steps and ticks the ones SIGNL can see: the connection saved, and the connection proven working.
