Integrations

Connect Zoom

Calls whose recording link is a Zoom cloud recording get its transcript from your Zoom account, with speakers and timestamps, ready for call scoring. Read only: SIGNL never changes anything in Zoom.

3 steps

Status

BetaSign in with Zoom stays closed to other accounts until Zoom approves the app. Not yet checked against a live account.

Setup

  1. Connect with Zoom, using the Zoom account that records your calls to the cloud. Or have a Zoom admin create a Server-to-Server OAuth app in the Zoom App Marketplace with the scopes user:read:list_users:admin, cloud_recording:read:list_user_recordings:admin, cloud_recording:read:list_recording_files:admin and cloud_recording:read:meeting_transcript:admin, activate it, and save its Account ID, Client ID and Client Secret here. The app reads every user in the account.
  2. In Zoom, under Settings, Recording, turn on cloud recording and "Create audio transcript", so recordings carry a transcript.
  3. Connected and proven: SIGNL has read your Zoom recordings successfully.

In a workspace, open Integrations and pick Zoom. The card shows these steps and ticks the ones SIGNL can see: the connection saved, and the connection proven working.
