Tracking HubSpot Meetings with SIGNL

A form or calendar inside an embed cannot be read by any script — that is a browser rule, not a limitation of SIGNL. Instead the tracking snippet writes the visitor's id into the embed's link, and HubSpot Meetings hands it back when somebody submits.

Not receiving yet. SIGNL stamps HubSpot Meetings links today, but does not yet have an endpoint HubSpot Meetings can report submissions to. The steps below are what the setup will be. Nothing is lost in the meantime — the stamp is already going out, so attribution begins the day the endpoint ships.

Setting it up

1. 1.In HubSpot create a contact property with the internal name signl_fp.
2. 2.Open the meeting link, then the Form tab, and add that property.
3. 3.Mark it Hidden.
4. 4.Save the meeting link.

These steps come from HubSpot Meetings's own documentation and have not yet been run against a live account. If anything differs, tell us and we will correct it.
